Clean hotel comfort room

Make sure you bring ear plugs. There was something/someone making loud beeping noises around midnight and it did not stop for 25 minutes. There is also a bit of honking traffic. The shower was not the best, but for the price, it was more than sufficient.

The staff was very nice and treated us well. It is well located, just next to the archeological site of Jerash. The breakfast was decent, and the dinner was yummy (although a bit expensive for what it was). The room was also very well decorated and comfortable. For the price, you get what you would expect. A lovely room (although they didn't give us a room with the view even though there were maybe only 5 people in the whole hotel...), a decent meal, and an overall comfortable space.

Bathroom wasn’t clean but nothing bad and hard to get hot water at first. Also some fresh air coming from bathroom.

Despiste they give us at first the wrong room, we got what we actually reserved. Place is really cozy. Breakfast was great. Location really quiet area.

Little about pesticide and insects although mosquito repellent was available in room.

Amazing staff and location. Neat and clean. Superior, comfy and outstanding management. Parking is ample. Very near to jerash archeological park.

It was an exceptional stay and the room is as it is in the pictures and the host is very nice The dinner is more delicious than I expected and we enjoyed a game of billiards and hockey

The best breakfast we had in one week in Jordania (freshmade omellets, olives, hummus, cheese, falafel, orange jam etc). They have table football, billiard and table hockey in the community hall. The room was basic, but good value for money. The staff was great.

In the winter time the room was very cold because of a whole in the bathroom for ventilation

The bathroom was super cold as the ventilation allows for cold air to entre bathroom.

We had a lovely time here. A small little hotel but an amazing breakfast and the room was nice and clean. Loved the ability to wash and dry laundry and the restaurant has lots of table games which were great for the kids. The family room was perfect.

The only place in Jordan, where mosquitos were a nuisance and disturbed our sleep. We eliminated about 20 when arriving, but there were still several in the room not letting us sleep. Please consider mounting mosquito nets over the beds.

Very good breakfast (local) and dinner (10 jd/ps). Very clean, small store in the lobby, very helpful staff, welcoming, new furniture, perfect lightning. Room has just been painted. The common room offers plenty of entertainment (hand hockey, billiard table, hand football, PS). Keep up the good work!

Everybody was so nice and friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to the center and perfect breakfast with olives from their garden. The view was amazing.

Dirty toilet, so many mosquitos (they came through the fan in the bathroom). Device to kill flies and mosquitos didn’t work.

Unfortunately my excitement came to an end with a few issues: 1) when my son sat on the bed and it broke! The whole bed fell apart. The management tried to fix it but they couldn’t . 2) The roof had some chipped paint from the ceiling that kept falling all over including on us 3) bathroom had a leakage that made the whole floor wet.

I feel really bad for writing the negatives about this property because the people were so nice and these are issues that can be resolved. I was very excited to stay here because the place looks great and very close to the main attractions. The management is very welcoming and nice. The room is so bright and fully equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, hot water and great heating.

The shower didn't have hot water (we didn't ask, so maybe it was solvable).

The old man was the best human kind in the world and the breakfast was amazing, I really recommend it.
