The pool is not heated (it needs 25 jod extra), and it was not even ready even if we wanted to pay it.

Nice villa, clean, nice location and nice view

On closer inspection, many aspects of the property needed maintenance/repair. We didn't need it, but there were zero air con controls in the house. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the oven very dirty. The standards of cleanliness could have been much higher.

Location marvelous and property appeared to be excellent on initial view. "Caretaker" - Abu couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. This was our most expensive accommodation on the Jordan trip but definitely not the best value for money. Pre arrival communication very limited.

We had to pay additional 25 JOD for heating water in the swimming pool. There was no such information in the offer.

Some utensils have damages, probably mis-use from the previous guests, the property owner needs to pay little morei attention to maintain it.

Location with sea view while most of the other villas don't. Facility was relatively new and clean, and the owner's repond was quick and helpful for any of our requests, like more towels, toilet papers, and fixing parasol were fulfilled quite quickly.

The villa wasn't ready when we arrived. It was still being cleaned from the previous occupants. Only one of the bathrooms was nice enough for use. The other ones were either too small or had broken fixtures. The swimming pool was a bit cold (end March). It made it impossible (for us at least) to swim at night and just about "warm" enough for day time swimming in the sun. The towels can do with an update, I recommend you bring your own if you can.

Very nice location. It has an unobstructed view of the dead sea. The villa itself is quite nice and the man responsible for maintaining the property was very responsive and available on short notice whenever we needed anything. You have total privacy at the property, even when you're outside by the pool.

The staff members are lovely, but only speak Arabic and so a lot of sign language and scope of misunderstanding, like asking for floor towels, etc., The main weakness at the villa was the quality of bathroom fittings and even the size of the shower cubicle in one of the rooms. Bits were falling off and the shower door just came crashing down at one point. The owner needs to think about this because otherwise the villa is amazing and the two guys running the operation are charming. The security man sitting outside makes you feel safe.

The overall effect of the villa is fantastic. Amazing view of the Dead Sea (very close to the northern shore) and therefore not far from some of the sites of importance and of course Amman itself is just an hour away. The internal layout of the villa, room sizes, the pool and general feeling of safety and comfort were all excellent as I had my family with me - children, grandchildren. Everyone loved the stay.

The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but if you plan to do much cooking, it would be good to confirm what is available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Dead Sea. The pool was great and very clean. The beds were great as well. Everything was clean and felt very comfortable. It is also very near the mall to pick up some meals or basic food items.

Single beds very uncomfortable and one of the beds was broken so very hard to sleep. The heater was left on and there were no remotes in 2 of the bedrooms so made it hard to keep cool/warm in the night.

The two staff members who we met were very lovely and attentive, the security man even brought us late night tea to the poolside! The pool was lovely, even in February unheated we managed to go in the evening for a little while so I'm sure during the day in the sun it's beautiful. 3 bedrooms all well decorated and had ensuite. There is a mall over the road which was helpful and had a ATM. Extremely good location overlooking the Dead sea, beautiful sunset views.

The kitchen equipment is quite poor and the cost benefit ration could be better, quite costly.

The house with the patio is enormous. Restaurants and Supermarkt is a 2min drive away, even a food delivery service is available. Abdullah, the owner is assisting 24h and is zealous. The pool was clean. The panorama view is breath taking? Perfect location for families to calm down and relax from a tour around Jordan for one or two days!

One drawback was the nearby beach, which, unfortunately, was littered with debris, somewhat diminishing the otherwise stunning surroundings.
