Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I visited for work. The hotel and staff were excellent and I never wanted for anything. My room was kept clean and tidy, the housemaid angel was excellent and made me feel right at home. The restaurant facilities are excellent. The staff always treat you with great respect. Overall an excellent hotel!

CanadaWhen I booked the room through booking, it didn’t include breakfast when I checked in I asked to add breakfast to the tab, the receptionist added it for me. I had asked for breakfast for 2 days. The night before I called the reception to cancel breakfast for one day he agreed. When I checked out I asked why didn’t they remove one of the breakfast, the receptionist told me it came with the rate. I was disappointed because that wasn’t mentioned to me in the first place so I paid for breakfast that I didn’t have. And the receptionist during my check out wasn’t professional enough with her answer as she made it seem that it’s my fault. I didn’t appreciate the ladies way of handling the situation. I still paid for it.
I loved the room, the bed and the pillows they were very comfortable.
