The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with travel plans. They helped arrange a day trip to the Dead Sea with their own driver, which was a great experience. Sam at the reception was particularly helpful and welcoming. The room includes coffee and tea-making facilities, a small fridge, and firm yet comfortable beds. The location is ideal—situated between the city center and 7th Circle, a major hub for buses heading to other parts of Jordan. Getting around is easy with Uber, which is readily available in the area. there is a large mall complex down the road and no shortage of restaurants and cafes. Also many banks and money exchanges in the area.

I was traveling alone and, as there were no smaller room options available, I booked a one-bedroom suite, which is ideally suited for up to three guests. While the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable, the cost felt a bit high for a solo traveler.

The accommodation was excellent—spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, as well as the quality of the breakfast. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect to catch the Jett bus. The staff is very helpful, they changed my room quickly due to smoke smell

Really nice people there, it is also close to a mall and some nice local places to eat for good money! The highlight was the underground spacious safe parking!

Very cold upon entry. Took 18 hrs to warm up. Bathroom esp shower was dingy. Also had poor lighting.

Not much to not like. The lift buttons don't light up so you're not sure whether you pressed it or not. The rooms are a little old, one of the inside doors cannot stay open for example.

The location is convenient. The room is rather big and quite clean too. There is free parking under the hotel. The breakfast is also decent.

I stayed at this hotel for a short visit to Amman. The location is convenient, close to the 7th Circle, and the price was very affordable. The bed linens were clean, which I appreciated. However, the hotel is quite old and could really use some maintenance. There were mosquitoes squashed on the walls, and I found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged, so the water didn't flow properly. Breakfast had very limited options, so I ended up skipping it most days. Overall, if you're looking for a very budget-friendly place and don't mind basic conditions, this might work for a short stay. But I think with a bit of care and cleaning, the experience could be greatly improved.

The driver missed me at the airport for pick up. I had to pay $30JOD to get to the hotel . More water pressure for the shower.

I was here for 28 days. The breakfast buffet had 31 stations. The food was excellent and the items were changed daily. I paid $28 a night. The buffet in America would cost $12. So in essence I was paying $16.00 a night for my room. Sonja is an excellent chef. Captain Marino cleans my room at military standards.

There was a leak in the bathroom, the floor was flooded and we had no idea where the water was coming from. The shower looked dirty. The floor was dirty. Only positive point is that beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mostly local food, nothing to cater for other tastes/needs. On top of it, coffee is not included (there's a vending machine at the entrance and you have to pay with coins, something that most of travelers don't have). The breakfast is offered in a room outside the hotel.
