Rooms are a little dated but clean. Loud music in the evenings was unpleasant. Pricing was on higher side but similar for the area.

Great facilities, clean, Dead Sea beach right there. Buffet & room service was good. Option of swimming pools & gym too. Daily room cleaning was amazing.

My only moan is the evening entertainment is very load and if like us you needed a early night you will struggle to get to sleep until it has finished

The golf cart up and down to the Dead Sea is an excellent addition to the hotel

The rooms are a bit dated with stained towels and linen. Seemed a bit overpriced for the standard of the room.

Fantastic location and view of the Dead Sea. Good breakfast. Fun waterslide in the bottom pool (and very large pool area).

The food was kind of the same all the time, despite good selection. The fish and lamb was very excellent.

Hotel is in excellent location, few steps from Dead sea beach. Security was superb indeed. The sea view was nice and was lovely to sit at the balcony and enjoy sunset. Also swimming pools are fantastic, all with sunbeds and towels evening, after dinner ,nice live music around pool. We enjoyed 3 day stay very much, mud and the experience to swim in Dead sea is unique. Highly recommend.

The furniture was old. Part of the hotel was under renovation. We booked 2 king rooms and received one king and one twin. The beach from the sea could’ve been prettier

The whole complex looks nice overall and has access to go down to the dead sea where they had a beach with sand. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

    Room cleaning needs improvement.

There are few accommodations near Wadi Al Mujib, so this is a good compromise. The place is a bit old and not perfectly clean, which is why I think the price could be improved. However, the services offered are good. The welcome was nice, and the staff are kind. There are several pools, and you can definitely enjoy some relaxation after the various excursions. The dinner and breakfast service is good, we ate well at fair prices.

Despite doing an online reservation, the rooms were not ready on time so had to wait 1.5 hrs post check-in date to get our rooms. Rooms are comfy but a little compact.

The hotel is situated right at the dead sea and have private access. They have golf carts for commuting to/back from Dead sea. They have 3 pools - one with water slides ideal for kids. Also liked their evening program with live music, coffee/sheesha etc. The view from the hotel is excellent looking over the Dead Sea as well as the hotel complex.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! They kindly upgraded our room to executive suite. It was a great room, very comfortable. They are a little bit dated, but we could see there is some corridors closed off, so whether there is some work being done. The food was great, plenty of options. Great evening entertainment. Clean pools & very easy access to private beach on the dead sea

Dinner buffet was not worth the price, room service had more limited options but was nicer and half the price. The hotel is looking quite dated and could do with some sprucing up, especially in the bathroom

Huge hotel with 3 pools and private dead sea access with a shuttle. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very well equipped. The nightly party was entertaining

Food. Very average for a four star. In fact below standard. I even found a strand of hair in my food which was unacceptable. Don’t pay for dinner. It was tasteless and cold. Go to the nearby mall food. Facilities were average. It’s actually a hike from the hotel to the private beach or you have avail the buggy which does not run on schedule and you might to have wait for 20 mins at the beach for it to come back. My washroom had stain on the wc, rusted shower rails a faulty flush.

I liked the location, the spa, the private beach and definitely the size of the room and the bed. The beach was spectacular and there were only hotel people. They gave mud available on the beach for you to apply. Spa therapy was really refreshing and their Moroccan bath is value for money. Staffs were also very helpful and courteous.

They were playing (terrible) music from 9 to 11pm which really was not great for sleeping. The food was subpar but a very large selection. More of a quantity over quality situation.

It has a great location and private beach access. They have a big vat of mud they put out as well

Nice hotel offering spacious rooms with sea view, two pools, and access to the beach. While nothing is totally wrong as such, the place could do with some renovations: the ladders into the pool are rusty and one was only held by one of initially 4 screws, the mosquito net in front of the sliding door torn, patches of colour peeled off, scratches on the door and furniture etc. . The beach area is purely ugly but does the job: you van get muddy and float in the sea.
