We got a free upgrade to a lovely big room overlooking the Jerash ruins. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was in walking distance to the visitor centre. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Friendly owner, good service. The breakfast was very tasteful, with a beautiful view at the remains of the old Roman city. Good shower! Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The city center is a 5 minute walk, the entrance to the archeological park is a 20 minutes walk. You can park your car in front of the hotel.

Big rooms. Very clean. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast as delicious and overlooks the ruins. Quiet comfortable place to sleep after a big day of exploring. Off street parking available.

Extremely spacious and comfortable suite in a great location to see the Roman ruins. We had a beautiful view of the ruins from our suite. The neighborhood is very safe and local, and we parked right out front of the hotel. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very good, and the massage chair was a fun surprise! The manager’s sweet Russian Blue cat only speaks French.

The staff at this hotel are amazing - they couldn’t have done any more to help us. Especially Abou, who even helped us rescue a kitten!!! And then Abou and the hotel manager helped us to get to places we needed to go around the town. They made sure our room was perfect, and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the ruins. The property is very clean and modern, and is also very quiet. We had a very relaxing stay, and wished we were staying longer.

The location is great and the Terrace with the view towards the Roman site is wonderful. At the sunset, special. Very very very much appreciate the use of the terrace. It is open and free any time. You can buy excellent food for very good price at T&K just few minutes walking from the hotel and eat on the Terrace as you are in a top restaurant. Any info ? Ask at the reception the guy is very nice and kind

It was slightly surprising that it was 15 minutes walk to the entrance to the ruins ( but we had a car), and that there are no sit-down restaurants nearby (good, cheap take-way available which we took to the breakfast room).

We were upgraded to a really nice suite. The wifi and a/c worked well. There is a really good view from the restaurant area (no dinners at the moment, just the excellent breakfast). Parking on the street outside was easy.

It was really a very nice stay. Abou Tunis, the manager of the hotel, was very friendly. The owner of the hotel kindly drove us to the bus station. Breakfast was amazing. I can really recommend.

A trip with a friend I came to Jerash on the recommendation of a friend. It was only after walking through the historical sites that I felt like I had gone back to ancient times. A hotel with a wonderful view of the sunset sky and historical sites. It's close to historical sites, so it's good for sightseeing. I was touched by the kindness of the abou tunis staff. The room was also upgraded so I had a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, located on a hill, close to the remains of the ancient city. We were accommodated in a spacious, impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. The place for breakfast offered a superb view of the old town. Varied and filling breakfast, fresh and tasty local products, 10+. We recommend everyone who visits Jerash to stay here. Our thanks especially to Mr. Abou Tunis, very kind and obliging to our requests.
