Abu Tunis, the Manager most wonderful and cater to every one of our needs. He upgraded us to a bigger apartment. The apartment will received was completely brand new. Very well appointed and every little detail was not overlooked. We had a very comfortable stay in a very quiet part of town. With plenty of food options around you and very close to the Jerash ruins. In the morning our breakfast was very good and filling. We had an omelette and a crepe topped with chocolate. Plus fruits and yogurts and even a little bit of hummus. Everything was company with fresh bread. The view from the eating area was incredible you can see the ruins and the distance and the rest of the city behind it. This is a great stay if you are visiting the ruins.

Super-clean and spacious apartment 15 minutes walk from the Roman ruins in a high location with a phenomenal view of the city.. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. My family and I thoroughly recommend this hotel to visitors of Jerash.

Amazing hotel with one of the best customer service we’ve had in all these many years of traveling. The host was exceptional on all levels and made us feel extremely welcome and appreciated. The apartment was so nice with everything we needed. They provided parking space for our car as well. Breakfast was traditional and very delicious and with an incredible view across the Jerash ruins.Special thank you to the staff! We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The smell of the room due to air spray. The furniture in the room like sofa can be a bit brighter to give some modern vibe - personal taste.

I really enjoyed our stay in the Dream House. Very modest and provided a comfort for our visit. The staff were really nice and helpful with clear instruction. Great breakfast with an amazing view to the old city. Great location to explore around. I am always particular about water for shower and the Dream house Has great water pressure and showering space.

We had a great stay at the dream house hotel, espeically we were happy with the service provided by Abou tunis. He was very responsive and cared well for all our requests. He gave us a better apartment that we ordered. Also he informed us about the money we forgot in the room, very honest and honorable man! The hotel is greatly located with a tarrace with a beautiful view on the Jerash archeological site. Breakfasts were tasty. The rooms were specious and comfortable. We got towels, slippers an cosmetiques. Everything was spotless. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We got "upgraded", so basically we received a bigger apartment with 2 rooms (instead of 1). Traveling as 3 people it definitely helped. Location and view are amazing. Simply the place to go if you want to visit JERASH. No question about it.

This was an amazing apartment with more space than we knew what to do with. Very clean, spacious, and cosy. Abu Tunis was a gem, very friendly, thorough, and professional. The breakfast was excellent and served on the roof terrace with an amazing view of the ruins. Parking is either just up the road or across the road if there is space. 😉 Thank you.
