Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JordanMy overall stay was good, but there are a few points worth mentioning: The pool is small and not suitable for all age groups. There was a slight delay in preparing the rooms. Although I had booked in advance through Booking.com and arrived after the official check-in time, there was a crowd of guests waiting for their rooms, and the place felt quite busy. I expected a higher level of organization from a hotel chain of this caliber. The booking details on the app did not fully match the reality; my reservation was for six people with ages specified, but the actual rooms in their standard setup could only comfortably accommodate four people. Overall rating: Very good, but not at the usual excellent standard expected from this hotel chain.
