Great location, close to shops and restaurants and also the marina. The hotel was very clean, comfy beds and lovely modern en-suite bathroom. We had a balcony on the 6th floor which had amazing views over Aqaba and the Red Sea. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of food, omelettes cooked fresh in front of you with your own choice of filling. Would definitely stay again.

AustraliaCommunication about an airport transfer was annoying as, despite several messages to the hotel via Booking.com's system, we didn't get confirmation until the day before we left for Jordan. Once that contact was made, they were very prompt in their responses (thankfully). My travelling companion/sister would like to see more coffee and fresh milk and less sugars!
This was an excellent place to stay - comfortable, convenient for convenience stores, cafes and restaurants, and the staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and, being from 6-9am, gave us plenty of time to eat without rushing. WiFi was good, room was clean, beds were really comfy - would happily stay there again.

JordanThe shower was not up to standard and should be replaced. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped with three beds. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we had a great stay.
The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall great experience.

Location Centre of Aqaba, Mosque, Market, Restaurant, Coffee/Shisha near to hotel. The view from Balcony was Amazing, i will share photos about this. Really, I love it. The reception is professional and cooperative, I lost my mobile with taxi and with their relationships they bring it back to me. Especially the Manager Ragheb Al-Dweik, he deals with the hotel guests in a sophisticated manner.

United KingdomI was given a room with an inter-connecting door which, as a solo female traveller, I was nervous about. I decided to stay in the room as I had already used the facilities when I realised. It is something hotels should not do with solo female guests.
