The facilities were great pool and spa was lovely as was breakfast. Raed at reception could not be more helpful he even gave me a free breakfast cause I arrived early on check in. Great room, great staff, great location highly recommend.

Everything was good

Location is close to city downtown no need to get a ride with nice view to sea and harbour from balcnoy nice sun rise and sunset, room wide and clean ,barking available, and breakfast delicious and varied. The stuff is very friendly and cooperative, especially the receptionist, Mr. Raed abu obaied who was very kind and helped me a lot of evean outside with trip and location to visit outside. Thank for de lara family thanks for mr raed.

Property overlooks an empty/abandoned lot and it can get a bit loud at night. Not a big deal for us, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want an upper floor room.

Worked well for us to explore Aqaba for a few days. Free parking at the property was great for us. The hotel itself is in a bit of a strange area, but it’s still very walkable to downtown. Room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was great for sunset.

The staff was amazing! Everything from making suggestions for the best dining in town, to preparing the sauna for us (twice- both steam and dry), to being accommodating for a late checkout (since our deep water dive tour got us back to the hotel later.) We are also grateful to Ma’en for our lunch which he made so special! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😊😊 we will be back!! I wish I could give 100 stars! 😊

the waterfall at the pool wasn’t working, and I believe it should be fixed. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved with more variety or quality.
