the rooms need some maintenance , and they need to replace the lighting fixures with new ones and also enhance the paintings color .. It makes the plase dark .. i told them that and they welcomed all my suggestions .. i think they are doing a great job

Great location just across the Roman theater, nice friendly staff, good breakfast. A little bit of confusion when trying to find the hotel because in Google maps it's a “Concord” hotel. And as they already inform on booking.com, look for the sign “hotel heart”. Over all, we've had a very pleasant stay. Great value for money!

Staff are incredibly helpful, organised trips for me and when out on the trips were on hand if I needed anything. Room is in a prime location overlooking the landmark, lots of food places around too.

We stayed 1 night during our trip. We had nice view on theatre out of our window, equipment is good and also break fast was very nice.

Shower space was a little tight, and the main shower head was faulty. Potential outside noise from the downtown area may also be an issue for light sleepers. Free street parking is difficult to find, but a paid private parking facility close by was available and very convenient. Currently, they charge 5 JD for 24 hrs and have other rates for shorter periods. However, I was told that they are discussing an arrangement with the hotel to arrange cheaper prices for customers.

Given a free upgrade that included a balcony and superb view of the roman theatre across the road. Room was clean and comfortable, while the WIFI worked well too. Location is great in terms of having shops, eateries, and some tourist sites all in close walking distance. Competitive rate during a busy holiday season, and buffet breakfast was fine given the price paid.

There is no shower screen OR curtain which is safely issue water is all over the floor when I use shower, toilet seat cover is broken .

The man of the breakfast is grumpy and tightfisted, on the placing the portions, the cheese was spoiled and but he decided to display it anyways, thinking that we are stupid… Poor breakfast service and quality of food. Plus on the 3rd floor people were smoking non stop, allowing the sigarette smoke , entering under the door and spreading through the whole room, even tho I was asking a non smoking room and floor. The rooms have visible signs of humidity and the furniture is very old.
