Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The hotel has its own really nice bar, and restaurant. We wanted a room upgrade for balcony and the staff managed it (of course we paid the difference).

The location is optimal and it has a bistro cafe that is such a vibe to hang out and good food. Staff are helpful, friendly and great breakfast with different options for all palates.

FranceI found the photos of the hotel to be slightly misleading - our room was a bit smaller than expected, the bathroom not as updated as expected, and the place could use some freshening. We could also feel the springs through the mattress (though the pillows were very comfortable). The front desk also didn't have any maps of the city to offer - which would have been practical, as we had no network after we left the WiFi area.
Hotel is well located, in the Weibdeh area of Amman, about 20 minutes from the tourist center of Amman. Breakfast was on their lovely indoor/outdoor terrace and was nice and varied, with a nice mix of western and local foods. Rooms were basic, but clean. The restaurant downstairs was open until 11 - practical for those who arrive to Amman late!

United StatesOverall this was a great stay. My reasons for rating it an 8/10: The rooms were clearly getting renovated in parts, ours was older and smelled of smoke. Construction downstairs was loud but only a temporary issue.
Location was great, very walkable to other parts of this section of town. Breakfast was a nice spread of local and Western tastes. Our bathroom was a great size and beds were incredibly comfy. The staff was considerate and left us waters each day (even outside our door on days we had do not disturb — they saw we needed it!). We were here for a week and luckily the Junior suite was enough space to not feel cramped.

CanadaI stayed in a room on the first floor above the restaurant, and it can get a little noisy in the evening even with the windows closed.
Very nice room with a big comfy bed in a great location. It was a close walk to the Abdali bus terminal which made getting to Petra easy and it's a fun walk to the roman theatre, the citadel, and rainbow street with a great view of the city nearby.

TurkeyThe breakfast was decent but could be improved. There was some ongoing renovation work in the restaurant at the entrance, which caused some noise—though I understand this is temporary. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, but that might be a common issue in Amman.
It was better than we expected and definitely deserves a higher score. The staff were very responsive before our arrival and arranged a quiet room away from the bar downstairs. The location was good—set in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood close to restaurants and a few nice cafés and bars in Jabal Al-Weibdeh. The room was very clean and comfortable, with enough facilities and Dead Sea products for toiletries. It was also nice to have a bar downstairs serving local draft beer, especially since there aren’t many bars in Amman.

Very friendly staff at checkin - the location was great to meet up with my friends who know and like the area. There is a restaurant and a bar at the hotel but we didn't go there as had plans to go elsewhere. The Rustic bar is apparently well known and popular. The room was very clean, heater worked well (January in Jordan is cold at night!) and the staff were very nice the next morning as my car picked me up before breakfast opened at 7 but they put some pastries in a box for me to take away! Would stay there again.

GermanyWe got a room with a very non private view out the window. So we couldn't open the blinds at all. The valet smoked in our rental car and we had trouble dealing with this at the rental. Also, we are non smokers so the smell really bothered us.
