Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBathroom only had hand gel, there was no shower gel or shampoo. Shower was filling up and wasn't draining effectively. No water in room. Great bar/restaurant downstairs, however far from the central area of Amman.
Easy check in, and friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Had an issue with the TV, but staff sorted it out immediately. Ordered room service, and this arrived quickly.

LebanonWell, none of the small details were there. No water bottle (even if just on the day of arrival) and the tap water in Jordan is not drinking quality. No paper tissue in the room. No coffee or hot water machine. No hot water for shower on most of the days (luckily it was super hot so a cold shower was the answer)
It is more of a guest house rather than a hotel. Rooms are functional and the location is super central if on a business trip. The internet works like a charm

For the money you give you get 10x value. Really didn’t except it to be so good. Also really loved the restaurant and bar. We went to many other cafes and restaurants, but they had the best food!! Loved my stay. Will definitely come back.

MoldovaThis is just as a suggestion and did not affect in any way my stay, however, needed an iron, which i was provided and it seemed like the oldest one and with a bit of rust so my shirts remained un ironed :) probably should have asked for cleaning or ironing services.
The place is nice, cosy and family stay feeling. The terrace and bar they hotel has is a really good addition considering that the food is also really good. All the staff was friendly and helpful all the time.
