the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. If I come back to Jordan, I would definitely book this hotel again! Thank you very much Muthana.

Absolutely nothing.

Where do I Start with this review! Omar is a beautiful soul, he treated us like family. He got in touch 2 days before we arrived so he could give us the location and have everything ready for our arrival and parking. He helped us park in a safe location 2 minutes walking distance away from the hotel.The hotel is brand new , lovely looking and on the main street where you have both the churches . We felt very safe walking on the streets. Madaba has a beautiful atmosphere at night. we were offered tea, coffee and cold drink on arrival. Omar helped us with our luggage and took us to our rooms, which were lovely with a spotless and new bathroom .A.c worked perfectly. Omars wife prepared a delicious typical Jordanian breakfast with so much variety that we were spoilt for choice. The breakfast was delicious. Omar helped me book a trusted camp in wadi rum as I was having difficulties distinguishing between fake and real reviews and camps. He carried on helping me even after I had left Madaba. I would highly recommend Omar and this hotel. I will be coming back to only Omars hotel when in Madaba again. Omar is my brother from another mother. His hospitality and kindness has a whole level of love in my heart for the madaba people!

This is one of the nicest and cosiest property to stay at. Cleanliness surpassed that of 5 star hotels. Above all though, the hospitality and the welcoming guests receive are unrivalled. Omar went above and beyond in ensuring his guests feel right at home at Blue Stone Hotel.

No shelf to put my toothbrush 😂

The location - Madaba is amazing 😍 and we were staying in the heart of it - steps from restaurants and souvenir stores. There is no dedicated parking lot, only street parking, but after 4pm you most likely will get the space. The hotel itself is very small and family owned, Omar and his family work hard to build a great reputation. The hotel is new, a lot of small but important details like decor or fresh fruits on breakfast 😉 Housekeeping was amazing - our room was clean, as were towels and sheets! Nice stylish lobby and small cozy bar on the 1st floor. My only suggestions: it would be great if you could add a shelf in the bathroom and change sheets from polyester to cotton❤️ Good luck in the business 🤞

What really sets this place apart is the personalized approach to hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble; the host goes above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs are met, adjusting everything with a smile. Communication was seamless and prompt via WhatsApp, with responses that were clear, helpful, and almost immediate. The breakfast was another highlight - homemade, delicious, and prepared with care. The facilities themselves are beautifully maintained and very comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Located in the heart of Madaba, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. The host’s connections and local knowledge also enhanced our experience with excellent recommendations for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We would gladly return to Blue Stone Hotel on a future visit - it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd time was like coming home. We had a question late in the evening and Omar was always there for us. Excellent breakfast and we even got to know his charming wife and daughter. Hope to be back in beautiful Jordan.

Host Omar is so friendly and helpful. The property is stylish & newly renovated. Beds very comfortable. I slept so well here! And the downstairs living / bar area is a friendly place to hang out, check emails and order food and drinks from nearby. It’s very convenient for visiting Mount Nebo and Baptism of Jesus site on the Jordan River.

Cosy Hotel with great value for money. We felt very welcome and at home. Nice local breakfast. Nice atmosphere and very friendly owners. We loved the location as it is in the centre of all tourist attractions. We recommend this Hotel for sure.
