Perfect location, Salman was a great and hospitable host. Traditional Bedouin tents were fine and the bubble tents were well air conditioned. I would strongly recommend Beyond wadi rum camp!

The location is perfect! It's about 15 minutes from the village and its situated perfectly to see the sunset (from your bubble!) and the sunrise. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to be the only guests that night so it was really quiet. The "zora" BBQ dinner was also tasty.

The bubbles look "luxurious", per se, but they get really hot during the day and the air-conditioner takes a long time to get the temperature down enough to be able to sleep. It felt bizarre because while we were trying to cool down the bubble with the A/C, it was cold enough outside that we needed to sit with a blanket to see the stars! They need to figure out air ventilation.

The property was exactly as per the description and perfect for our holiday. Salman and his team were fantastic hosts and we enjoyed every moment of our time from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again.

We would like to have stayed longer.

Location of this camp is perfect, right in the heart of Wadi Rum, next to the Little Arch (easy sunrise or sunset!) The host went out of his way to make us comfortable, was attentive, and helpful. They have probably the best selection of adventure tours in the desert, including hiking, adventure overnights, or places away from the crowds, with great description on the website. The host was helpful with scheduling a private tour exactly to my requests, and therefore we were lucky enough to be basically alone and see places most people don't! A highlight of our trip to Jordan. Most other tours follow the same schedule and the same spots. A lot of activities at night, like ground BBQ, local music, hookah, and star gazing

Most camps seem to have this, but personally, I am not a big fan of disco, even though a Bedouin dancing to Macarena was very funny I would enjoy a bit more background and stories about Bedouin, heritage, animals, and desert life, on the tour, and during star gazing. Was constantly googling that when on wifi :) Shared facilities would enjoy an upgrade, but you have to consider you're in the desert and factor in the price

First time of my life to experience with sleep over in desert, very nice an accommodation with heater, comfortable beds, hot water to take shower, and easily reserved jeep tour. All people here, they are very nice and friendly, they took care of our family gently and properly when we had 2h jeep tour and got an unexpected viewing with sunset. Our tour guide is very humorous and kind, it was really fun!

Amazing location to explore everything Wadi Rum has to offer. Great to watch the sunrise and see the stars at night. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and Salman always checked in on how things were going and if I needed anything.

My visit to Beyond Wadi Rum Camp was simply amazing! I stayed for 2 nights with one day being a full day jeep tour organized by Beyond Wadi Rum Camp. This amazing experience could not have been done without the awesome staff at the camp. They go way and beyond to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Salman ( the owner ) made sure i had all the information needed upon arrival like where to park my car and the pick-up to the camp. At the camp i enjoyed delicious dinners, shisha and alot of tea beside an open fire under the stars. The full day tour were super exciting with great hiking locations, historical sites and relaxing breaks at beduin camps for some tea and shade. By the end of the tour i was taken to this beautiful spot where i could get high up to enjoy the sunset over a vast open part of the desert. This was my favourite part of the jeep tour. My accommodation was super cozy and i enjoyed the sunrise directly from my tent. My tent was equipped with heater given my stay in the camp was early January. Very comfortable beds and WiFi in the tent! I totally recommend this camp and when i come back to explore Wadi Rum more, ill stay at Beyond Wadi Rum Camp again! Best regards Ruben

Very nice camp located just by the “little bridge”. Our tent/cottage was really nice and although we were there in January, we were kept warm by a gas furnace. The food was fine and the 4X4 trip we booked for 6 hours was terrific. We can only recommend this camp to everyone.

    Nothing.

Salman had very clear communication from the moment we booked regarding where to park, what the procedure was, pick up from Wadi Rum Village, and additional tours that we had requested. He is incredibly hospitable and kind. The staff are excellent - thank you Awwad for the tour (Lawrence's spring, Red sand dunes, Khazali canyon, House of Lawrence, Mushroom Rock, Burrah Canyon, Ark Bridge). Giri and his 2 colleagues at the camp responsible for food and the rooms are just amazing! They really made our stay wonderful! We were treated with incredible kindness. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious and varied. After dinner, we had a chance to sit out with a bonfire, and Salman was telling us about Bedouin life previously. Kids loved the whole experience. We would love to return to this camp!

The hot water goes hot and cold via the shower head, but we were given the option of a bucket if needed. The initial room we had booked (pictures) had no hot water so we moved to another room which had hot water. Amazing facilities for the middle of the dessert.

The property was exceptional. In the middle of the desert, our tent had all the amenities available to make our stay very comfortable 😀 The owner, Salman, was very helpful to take care of all our needs while we were there. All support staff - housekeeping and at the kitchen were exceptional. Not to forget about our desert tour guide - Devfala - he was amazing 😀 Highly recommend this property to everyone planning their visit to Wadi Rum. It's reasonable and comfortable.

There is nothing to say. Everyone did their best to ensure our stay very comfortable.

The camp is well located and offers gorgeous views on the plains and the mountains (especially when relaxing in the rocking chairs in front of the restaurant). The owner (Salman) is very sociable, hospitable and does everything to make you feel at home. He gave us een upgrade from a room with shared bathroom to a family room with ensuite bathroom (with lovely mounain views). Dinner is very good, both in terms of quality and quanity. It is not included in the initial booking price and has to be ordered beforehand (12 JD per person). We took an interesting 4-hour jeep tour and managed to see a good number of highlights in Wadi Rum. On arrival at the Visitor's centre, Salman was waiting for us. He then took us to his house in the Wadi Rum Village (7 km after Visitor's Centre) where we made a one-off payment for our stay (+breakfast), dinner and jeep tour upfront. We paid by Visa credit card.

The driver / guide on the jeep tour was not all that fluent in English. He was helpful and kind but I had expected him to give us more background information on the different sites we visited during our jeep tour. He was definitely more a driver than a tour guide.

So much to say about this. From the point that we booked in the UK the communications was smooth. The camp helped us prearrange our tours, pick up details, and fine tune timings etc. The camp itself is wonderful. Many different types of accommodation for all budgets. Basic tents with shared bathrooms, and private tents with en-suite. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an ensuite. It was fantastic. Very warm and clean. And the beds were so comfortable. Facilities are sufficient but this is a desert - if you really need a hair dryer you're in the wrong place! The location within Wadi Rum is also fabulous. You have a good viewing point for star watching and also for the sunrise. I didn't realise that the camp is just next to the 'Little Rock Bridge' either! Many of the trips you will do include a sunset view elsewhere, so you won't miss out on that. The manager/owner (Salman) does everything he can to look after you. At dinner, I saw that he went to every group and checked they were okay. Explained the options for the evening, and lead the entertainment. We had traditional music and dance from his team, and whilst some carried on dancing, Salman took us out to find the best view of the stars. The food was plentiful and very tasty - with vegetarian options. The buffet style means that you don't go hungry. Tours were well guided. We had a jeep tour, which was very reasonably priced. We were able to choose where we went and take our time, as there were only two of us. Abdul was very informative and took us to some additional places not on our list, as he felt we would like them. He also had a great sense of humour! If we were to return to Wadi Rum, which I hope we will, we would go to the same place again, for sure.

There isn't really anything we can add here. This was the highlight of our trip and I can't think of a thing we would change - other than to stay longer.

The camp is located near the small bridge, sunset is seen from the terrasse and sunrise from the bridge. Not a long way from the village but good starting point for the desert tours. I was the only guest at the time, so I've got a tent upgrade for the one with bathroom and it was very quiet. Dinner was nice and tour was very interesting.

There are many lights from this and other camps in the vicinity - the sky was not that dark. The sunset and sunrise not that spectacular because the sky was very clean.

The room very clean. The restaurant was ok at dinner and breakfast. We had a special walk at night to see the sky and the stars. We had with them also a 6 hr Jeep Tour, that was amazing thanks also to our driver and guide Awwad. We spent the last night of our special Jordan’s holiday at Beyound Wadi Room. Really special time, the staff very gentle and ready to support. We strongly recommend to select this accommodation.

The tour was great - our guide was wonderful and really accommodating!

This is not the way to experience Wadi Rum. It was my second visit to the desert. The first time was magical, and I was particularly struck by the silence and the stars. I didn’t get either of those during my stay at Beyond Wadi Rum Camp though. They had bright outdoor lights that stayed on all night, and they blasted music after dinner (and it wasn’t the “traditional Arabic music they promised - it was pop songs). I was so disappointed with the camp. They also had trucks and I think construction happening next door (not sure if it was the same camp or not?) until well past 11pm. Definitely not the ambiance you want for Wadi Rum, which is really a wonderful, unique place. I wish I had chosen a smaller, more traditional camp.

A lot of activities at night: ground BBQ, local music, hookah, star gazing…The camp is right next to a Arch. It is very fun even staying at the camp without booking any tour. :)

Follow the detailed instructions you'll get when you've booked, and it's a wonderful experience. Phenomenal value for money really, and although it was my first visit to Wadi Rum I could tell that it's one of the better-located camps. Salman and his team are professional and helpful, and we enjoyed every part of it. Wadi Rum itself doesn't need any upsell, but with a frightening number of accommodation options to choose from, I'm glad that we found this one.

Great location directly next to little bridge, amazing for sunset and sunrise. Room upgraded to single tent with private bathroom. Good dinner including show. Jeep tour organized by camp was very nice.

Tent not very clean. Given the natural desert location, be aware that some insects will sleep with you.
