Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Good place to stay if you are travelling south to Petra. We went to St George’s Church which is referenced throughout our visit to other places. Great Lebanese restaurant across the road.

United StatesHard to get too. So many rough roads leading to Madaba (no fault of the hotel). Drivers just knew a shorter, rougher way to the hotel. Went better the second day when driver went through town.
Front desk person booked transfer from hotel to Amman airport for next day. That went great.

It was a quiet time for tourists when I stayed at the hotel but the staff remained friendly and attentive and motivated to help. Laith on reception was really kind and helpful and Obaid made a simple but tasty breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

GermanyI would prefer more cereals at the breakfast buffet. However, this is only my personal taste; the buffet offers quite a choice of different foods, both hot and cold.
I felt very welcome again at the hotel (was my third stay in this hotel). The reception team is very friendly and helpful. Especially Haithm from the reception gave me the best advices for transport, organized any additional bookings et. I like the hotel since it is calm and has a relaxing pool site, rooms are good, service team is helpful and friendly, and it is close to the heart of Madaba city (5 to 10 mins walking time), so shops and restaurants are easily reachable. I will come again!
