The room was very clean and spacious, the location was very nice overlooking the city. The host was super nice giving us the best recommendations and being helpful with our requests. Would really enjoy to come back in the future.

three years ago we stayed here for the first time for a few days. the owner had just started and had all kinds of plans. Now we stayed for a short time again. a breakfast room was created on the roof, it is really beautiful and looks traditional. the stay is highly recommended so we say see you on our next trip to Jordan

Wonderful host who is happy and passionate to tell you about Petra and give you many valuable tips, lovely service, sufficient breakfast, clean rooms , access to kettle, coffee and tea, great location ☺️In a word, everything perfectly ❤️ We are delighted to stay at Asad apartments ☺️

Otaiba (the owner) was the most fantastic host we have ever had in our life, from the moment we got off the bus to when we were leaving for wadi rum. There is nothing we could fault. 10/10 service and accommodation!

Amazing host, really enjoying his job and willing to help tourists have the best time in Petra. The triple room looked great, with AC and a more European modern style, all of which have been highly appreciated. Great „breakfast box“ (huge and tasty mix of bread, fruit, and others) which can be used as a lunch during Petra‘s visit. We could take advantage of the private parking for our car. The place also has a very cozy terrace to enjoy the view on Wadi Musa. Once again, the host Otaiba and his family have been the best!

Great Host he gave us tips about everything, sent us locations of places of our interest and was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was really cold at the time of our stay, the room was warm.There was very nice spot at the rooftop to eat breakfast, or just enjoy the view. Safe parking lot in front of the apartment.

Our stay with Otaiba was by far the best on our whole trip in Jordan. His hospitality was amazing throughout our whole stay at Asad Apt, he gave us incredible tips for navigating Petra and managing our time, amazing local restaurant recommendations, provided us with as much free water as we needed during our stay and packed our breakfast for us to take early the next morning on the go for exploring Petra. He also offered to arrange a driver to take us to and from the entrance of Petra's Visitor Centre and arranged a personal bus to take us to our next accommodation in Wadi Rum. The room itself was incredible. It had a spectacular view out over Wadi Musa that was especially pretty at night. The room was spacious, complete with everything you would need and the bed was super comfy. The building also has a beautiful top living space, decorated incredibly like a tent, with incredible views and TV with premier league football to watch in the evening time. Overall Asad Apt is an amazing place to stay if you are visiting Petra and Otaiba goes above and beyond as a host.

A very nice hotel, ideally located 5 minutes drive from the archaeological site of Petra. We were upgraded upon arrival to a double room with a view of the illuminated city. Magical! The room was very comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and gave very good advice for discovering Petra. We were even able to exchange breakfast on site for generous personalized takeaway lunch baskets, very practical for visiting Petra. Our host was very vigilant about my allergies. A big thank you! We highly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to visit Petra!

Otaiba was very hospitable. He gave tips on the best way to visit Petra. He also gave recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Highly appreciated.

What a hospitality! The accomodation was great, close to centre and Petra, amazing view from window. But the best was the staff, namely Otaiba, who not only helped us with our itinerary in Petra and surrounding but also helped us with our while Jordan travel, recommended great restaurant and services. Amazing experience. Amazing host. Amazing building, apartment - you will feel here like at home ! I am sure you will not find in Wadi Musa anything comparable - we can only recommend it! Loved everything about this place. Otaiba the host, is a brilliant guy. He spoke over WhatsApp before arrival. On meeting him he explained what all activities we could do and not waste time since we were there only for one night. Since we were going to petra early morning, he had packed breakfast bags for us. Recommended a lunch spot near by too which was fantastic. No problems at all with the stay. Definitely going back to this place in the near future.

Definitely 100/100. All was good. The hotel is located in the center of Wadi Musa. Otaiba is a great host ♥️ We were provided with many tips about visiting Petra. Breakfast in the hotel as well as the prepared for us to eat during visiting Petra has been very tasty. The view from the room was amazing ♥️ The place has its own parking. Thank you Otaiba for such a great time we spent in your hotel and in Petra. We hope to see you again 😊

Helpful and knowledgeable host, quiet, spacious and clean rooms, 5 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center and dozens of tasty restaurants for dinner, filling breakfast on site or to take away at whatever hour was needed- everything we could have hoped for! Would definitely stay here again!
