The rooms were somewhat grubby and dated. They met the needs of the group, but it would not be a place I would stay with my family, definitely not my wife.

The rooms are far away from what you see on the pictures when you book. It seams they collected the towels in whole Amman, pleas buy 10 same towels and wash them. If there was no door in the room was pretty the same like the one which separated our room and hallway. Air condition, zero. Shower or sink water ( we were in the 7. floor), zero.....we wash our self with drops of water.

Nice breakfast even when it was served, so no buffet breakfast.

I don't know what it is with the leaking toilets in Jordan, this was not the first or last on our trip :) Don't forget that Amman is mountainous :) wherever you go there is climbing back.

Regular Jordanian quality. Bed was good and towel was clean. Breakfast was good, don't hesitate to ask more. We found parking almost in-front of the hotel. It is easier to find a spot later at evening. Staff was really nice.

The shower was a bit small, but that’s the only minor issue. Everything else was great.

Great value for money! The room looked just like the pictures, simple but clean and comfortable. The AC worked really well, which was a big plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was basic but tasty and enough to start the day. Would definitely stay again for a budget-friendly trip.

I am sure that our experience was unfortunate and not what one might normally experience, but reviews are here to give honest feedback, and that is what I am doing. Some of this is beyond the control of the staff at the hotel, but rests with the owner/manager. It did not meet expectations as presented on Booking.com where the photos presented large, spacious and airy rooms (wide angle lenses probably used) offering mini bars and desks. I feel that this was misrepresentative since the rooms were quite small, the mini bar was in fact a very small and old fridge sitting under a small table. The whole place needs renovating/a facelift! The public spaces were very cold. Unfortunately, the first room we had there was no kettle, the refreshments very basic with no bottled water, and when we went to clean our teeth we had a blocked sink. The night concierge was extremely apologetic and immediately allocated another room. The breakfast was very basic, with choice only in terms of how eggs might be cooked. What is offered to the guest is a management policy issue over which the staff would have little influence, and they are doing their best to please.

We were a late arrival. The night concierge was waiting for us, and was friendly, helpful and welcoming. In the morning, the day staff were also very friendly and helpful. Whilst the facility was a bit dated, it was relatively clean and the beds comfortable.

The only feedback I would give is adding a packet of tissues to each room - everything else was great.

the breakfast was a bit strange by ordering food and not open buffet. The room for me and kids were separated and we asked for single room with double beds. Also the smoke smell was in the rooms. TV wasn't working. No view from windows. No service by the staff for the bags when we arrived

Our room was comfortable, cool, and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The prices were reasonable for the value provided, and the location is conveniently close to downtown and the ancient Roman theatre. For me i liked it.

The hotel does not have a garden where you can sit and relax. But inside there is a nice space.

The personnel is very kind and helpful. They made my stay in Jordan comfortable and enjoyable by giving me advice on places to visit and how to get there. Also the rooms are very clean comfortable.
