Palestinian TerritoryThe shower area wasn’t the cleanest, and the big windows in our superior room had an amazing view but looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. At breakfast, we asked for omelets, the waiter said “okay, let me tell them” and then never came back.
They kindly upgraded our stay for free, and the superior room was very comfortable.

Very lovely, reasonably priced hotel. We were in Amman just for one night, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were service-oriented, friendly, and very accommodating. The restaurant had an excellent lunch buffet, which was just what we needed. We would stay here again!

Great experience with very kind and welcoming staff. Such a kind and welcoming people ready to support with everything. The hotel looks very modern, elegant and classy. We stayed there during low peak season so there weren’t too many guests but we were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade to a suite, which looked amazing! The staff were all very kind especially the lady manager. She always made sure we were comfortable and she seemed to frequently do checks in the empty rooms herself which I found to be very impressive. The neighbourhood is quiet and mainly residential. Overall, we had a good stay at Ambassador hotel.

KuwaitF & B lagged behind FOH by miles. Still for a four star hotel guest can swallow F & B shortcomings because of hospitality and comfort provided by FOH staff and facilities.

SwitzerlandMaybe this is because of reduced tourist numbers as experienced throughout Jordan, the constant need to try to sell up on transport and trips - even quoting four times the normal rate and quoting that taxis and Ubers were not safe.
Amazing Boutique Hotel with great design and attention to detail - from electric blinds, good room lighting, luxurious bathroom, comfy, light and airy separate seating area and good artwork throughout. Breakfast was varied daily, omelettes were the best ever and pastries good too. The gym was very good and functional, much more than a standard hotel gym.
