Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I love AlQasr Hotel. The place is always clean and well kept. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect; close enough so that you can find everything around you, far enough so you are not disturbed by the traffic and cars. Finally, their breakfast is always great with their fresh bakery and good selection of food.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be for a work trip - I would've opted to stay in a different neighborhood if it wasn't for work. The rooms looked older than in the pictures, but they were clean and spacious. The breakfast options could be better especially for business travelers to include something that could be taken on the go, including coffee on the go (was not available). Also I had to pay for cappuccinos as espresso-based drinks were not included in breakfast, only drip coffee which was quite bad. Staff were helpful, overall a good stay.

It is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. the location is good, in a quiet area in Shmisany. the facilities in the room are good, and the electric sockets are universal which means that you can charge your devices without using adapters. The breakfast is good also.

JordanChecked in at 10 pm however it's not convenient to tell the guests about the construction work once they are at your desk it must be communicated earlier the noise starts in evening till 7 am Second thing is the breakfast I mean it's a very basic and less than basic Chef was not there to make an omleeet the waiter asked if I want to order and gave him the order we were the only couples there later 1 person arrived and got the omleeet when I asked the other waiter he said has no idea by that time am don't with my breakfast

United KingdomThé hôtel was beautiful! We’re so happy we booked here as the staff went out of their way to help us several times. To management, DO NOT lose them as they’re so kind and helpful to guests. Anas checked us in and he was so so kind. He upgraded our room for free and even let us check in super early (11 am early). After a long journey, this was so appreciated. He then proceeded to recommend dinner spots and gave us 15% off dinner when he didn’t have to. Thank you Anas for being so welcoming. Additionally, my husband and I being new to Jordan, fell into a bit of a taxi trap (novices I tell you) and the taxi driver was trying to rip us off. Immediately the staff helped us out and got the rate down. They came to our rescue straight away and told us to use Uber next time. Sharing here as I didn’t think to do that :( we had been walking for 3.5 hours straight that day haha so wasn’t thinking clearly. BIG thank you to the front of house, the security and the staff who helped us that day. We cannot thank you enough :) As for the hotel, it was lovely! Had everything you needed, staff who care and spacious rooms. Please note that we’re non smokers and I think some rooms had a smoke smell to it but you can simply let the front desk know that you’re not a smoker and they will ensure you get a non smoking room.

United KingdomThis hotel is very nice, and a cheap taxi from the city/bus stop. The staff go above and beyond, the breakfast is amazing and the rooftop restaurant is very nice with amazing views and great food. It has some sister hotels around like the garden one next door which is also great, and they give discount vouchers for these as a hotel guest. They also let us check out at 4pm since they had availability and at no extra cost.
