How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast is horrendous and definetly not worth what you pay for it. rooms are spacious but with inner windows and no natural light comming in. a bit depressing particularly if you plan to stay more than one night
Cheap hotel in one one of Amman residential neighbourhoods with several options for dinning and shopping in the area. clean hotel with nice staff willing to help. rooms clean and with good sized beds.

The rooms are good. Food is expensive. Location is good but i paid 20 dinars to arrive there from Abdali which is quite expensinve.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. The shower head wasn’t working properly. Room was a little small.
Great location and parking right in front of the entrance. Surveillance of the car 24/7.

It’s to annoying was loud music the room was in the street side and some one knock the door at 2 AM in the morning and cold not sleep the hole night

Internet was weak. Very noisy neighbors, screaming and yelling all the night !! Bathroom could be bigger.

The safe box in room 305 was missing and was not replaced during our 5 day stay or upon our return 10 days later . The bedside table in same room was broken and was nit fixed .
They upgraded us to a larger room thanks to the staff and the manger . Free Bottled water for the first night was supplied. Coffee making facilities Breakfast staff are very helpful and always check if we need anything. They were very concerned when we told them that the room was not cleaned well, they straight away got the cleaning staff to clean it again and provided everything we needed including extra luggage rack .Next day we could see the housekeeping supervisor on the floors and in the room making sure rooms are well cleaned daily and after checkout. We stayed again in the same property 10 days later and when we checked in the room was very clean .

The safe in the room wasn’t working and was not fixed upon our return for our second stay . Would be good to have shower caps and slippers.
Staff accommodated for our request and made an effort to make sure we are satisfied with our stay . Breakfast was good and staff always there asking if we needed anything Relatively clean hotel and rooms . Housekeeping manager was herself on top of cleaners to make sure the rooms are well cleaned. Coffee making always available in the room and mineral water bottles . Some items were missing in bathroom like toothbrush cups but were instantly provided upon request .

Although the property location is fine, however we asked the staff may times to update the location on their maps, when seeking the location through location it provides wrong place. The price is 10 JDs higher than the previous stay last Dec.2022

Apart from massage, a very basic hotel. The breakfast was revolting - definitely not for tourists! English not spoken much.

The room was very small, I can say it was tiny with obstructed window, I stayed there for four days and asked a couple of times to change my room for better one but with no result. through out my staying the tv was not working even they were informed couple of times
I liked the cleanliness of course compared to other places I have visited during my staying in Amman, however more detailed cleaning still needed. The neighbourhood AL SUAIFIA is elegant and you can find almost every thing you need around you.
