Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Fatima is very nice host, and helpful. The hotel offers a good price for airport drop off. Location is great-walking distance to town, money exchange, Rainbow street, Roman Theatre, Hercules Temple, Citadel. Room was small, but for a single traveler, is ok. but it didn't matter because I mostly was outside. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a short visit to Amman.

Fantastic location, in the heart if downtown Amman, 2 minutes from beautiful historical sites (the Roman Theatre) and easy walking distance for cafes/restaurants and shops. Felt a very safe area. The hotel has a lovely, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the rooms are simple but very clean and have everything you need - shower, air conditioning, comfortable bed. There is a roof terrace with great views. The staff are always in hand to help and are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. They will arrange transport at a good price and offer advice on places to visit etc. Breakfast is provided and it makes a good start to the day - falafel, eggs, humus, local bread, toast, tea and coffee. I have stayed at the hotel on 4 occasions over the past year and it will definitely be the place I will go to again when I am next in Amman. It is really good value for money, especially given it's fantastic location.

LebanonThe staff were so friendly kind and respectfull, especially Mrs. Fatima who was really helpful and was always asssiting me during my stay. Regarding the location it's so near to the Roman temples and it's easy to reach by taxi or uber, however the closest market is little far by walking dow to reach it. There are no tv in the rooms As for the breakfast it was pretty delicious and good portion for such a hotel.
