Reviews of White Sands Negril 3 stars

The staff were super welcoming and professional, they attended to all of our needs. The apartment was immaculate and well put together. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots and pans so we could use it fully. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and made great cocktails and tasty food. Perfect location on the beach!

Nothing, we really got lucky finding this gem.

Location

Room is outdated on the beach side. The AC was not working and had to be serviced which took a full day. They didn’t even bother to accommodate me until it was fixed. Too many restrictions for guest while paying the price. Parking is not the best especially if your on the beach side.

I like that the room was spacious and quiet . The housekeeper did a great job in cleaning and was very helpful.

The curtains are old and dingy and need to be replaced . They look absolutely horrible . Property need to get some long blackout drapes or blinds so that the room won’t look so dated .

The location .room was clean .and staff very helpful.and polite especially front desk staff

The AC wants to fix and needed more toiletries

Location on the beach was beautiful . Food was good accommodations clean and the ppl were so friendly. Pool open 24hrs.

Needed another air conditioner in living room

me and my family could not play music the management told my family that we must not play music we paid for our stay and should be able to relax and enjoy music when we want to play music

the manager should have aloud us as a family to relax and play our music we paid to be comfortable and it was not cheap it was very expensive so we should have been able to relax and enjoy playing our music when we felt to

Room was located in close proximity to the beach and staff were helpful. Friendly bar and dining staf. Mornings on the beach were serene

The guests in the adjoining room were quite loud. Had to buy beach towels from front desk

Shower was nice, great air conditioner,bed pretty comfortable, nice pool, games,easy parking , housekeeping , great security

No TV, kitchen was a cook top, expected a stove,cramped space for kitchen , beach is across the street but it's an easy walk

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, everything spic and span. I stayed at the garden side, so the room was surrounded by lush greenery and 5 steps from the pool. Across the street is the beach side of the hotel which provides access to a well-maintained area of Seven Mile Beach, with the hotel's own beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas and shady trees. There is a lifeguard on duty and the bar and restaurant are right on site. Hence the hotel is perfect for a beach holiday!

A door mat to wipe the sand off the feet before entering the room might help to keep the room clean.

Everything..... the room, the staff, the food, the beach. Every single thing was awesome, will gladly go back. Blu and Jennefer at the restaurant were great hostesses and really looked out for us. Ice the bartender made drinks that made you enter another universe. Hands down the best stay I've ever had in Negril‼️‼️‼️
