-wifi was hit and miss. Also prior to checkout we couldn't access the internet. Surely we should lose access at the time of checkout. -kettle wasn't boiling water and the hot tub was out of service. -missing article never showed up, despite me knowing where I left it.

-location. Proximity to amenities, beaches, restaurants, the airport etc. -professional and respectful staff. Very good customer service. -grounds are well kept and the rooms were kept clean -the food in the kitchen was 10/10.

There were ants in the room around the trash can and on the dresser. The TV didn't work with local TV, but you were given a fire stick which is all well and good but the Internet kept going out.

It had a good atmosphere that made our stay very pleasant. It was very close to the airport, the Main Street of Montego Bay and Sunset Beach.

In room tea n coffee station, they could provide 2 complimentary bottles of water to start your stay.

Front desk staff were amazing, kind n helpful. Shuttle bus driver, Paul was very funny, friendly n polite. Restaurant n menu amazing. Food delicious n prices reasonable. Five minute walk to a lovely local beach. Airport close by but very, very, little plane engine disturbance. Slept well. There are 2 pools but i didn't swim. But saw other guests enjoying themselves. Pool bar. Lovely gardens n fruit trees. Short walking distance to local gift shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Doctor's cave Beach (entrance fee), the famous Margaritaville restaurant n water sports complex. Casino. Usain Bolt restaurant, ice cream shops. Safe area. Patrolled by security n safety officers. Clean n orderly Hip Strip.

Twin bed was a little too firm after being sunburned.

Toby's was highly recommended to me by a long-time guest. My friends and I had an amazing stay and plan to rerurn. The staff make you feel like you are coming to stay with friends. Mike at the bar and Carleen at the front desk are the best. It is very affordable and relaxing, close to shops, the beach, and nightlife. You can actually walk around and experience the city and people. They are in the middle of upgrading the rooms, so be sure to ask for a remodeled room by the main pool! The pools stay open 24/7 unless inclement weather, they are cleaning or spraying the grounds with mosquito repellant.

Bathrooms needed safety mats and rails. Baths are very slippery and I sustained a fall and injured my right ankle.

Most of the staff were friendly. Compliments to the chef. Food was well seasoned and authentically Jamaican.

Too many mosquitoes. The toilet bowl leaks. On booking.com the price for the room was different from the price paid at the property. From $96 to $118.

I like that there were basic amenities. The staff was friendly.

It's location is ideal. Rooms could do with a little TLC.(paint/replacing damaged fixtures). Price of items in bar/restaurant could be a little cheaper.

Limited parking, no mini refrigerator in the room (I wish they had this). No iron in the room (maybe I had to ask for one).

It was close to where worked for the weekend. It is also close to getting food late hours in the morning. They have a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They tried their best to accommodate me before check-in with consideration of my work hours.
