Rooms are tired and seriously need upgrading. Sometimes there was no water. Internet poor. TV was useless, picture was unwatchable. Shower drain was blocked and took hours to drain. There for 2 weeks and bedding wasn't changed even though housekeeping made the beds every day

There was barely any wifi in the room which was in the building closest to the gate. It felt like most of the people hanging out on the grounds were not guests of the property. Way too few loungers by the beach. A bit overpriced for the service level you get.

The room was comfortable, the location is amazing right on the beach. Easy to walk around to see some sights other than the beach.

It wasn't 100% safe. There was alot men who were just walking around and invading or personal space. The receptionist being cold.

The only downside to my stay was that the cable was down, so I suggest they switch to smart tv, to give guest more viewing options

Music was way too loud during the day. The "deluxe" room that we booked was no different than a standard except for proximity to beach and a mini fridge. No laundry facilities as advertised. A massive concert was held on the property 1 night while we stayed. Music so loud it shook the window. Went until 330 or 400am. HORRIBLE.

The location was fantastic. Rocky, the bartender, was exceptional. All staff were friendly. Gardens and ground were beautiful and well maintained.

Not the end of the world but in case you needed to work or have been contact back home, there is basically no wifi and none of the passwords they provided worked. Food at the on site restaurant was very pricey and not good. No hot water or even warm water for that matter. Room was basic butclean, nothing to write home about.

Location was great right on the beach with many options for bars and restaurants in walking distance both on the beach or along the main road. Staff was friendly. Rooms were fine for the price since we don't spend time in the room other to sleep we didn't really mind it. As mentioned in other reviews there was music playing at night but we never found it overly loud.

The air conditioning system sucks, it was hot, very, very, hot in the room! I spent most of my time outside on the balcony, especially during the daytime!

Excellent stay on the beach at Tamboo, very friendly staff who are always available to help, great restaurant and wonderful bar on site so everything you need is to hand. Would definitely book again and miss the place already.

Well my room was across the courtyard from a drug dealer cottage and I'm not talking about weed, cocain,,someone try to get in my room through the windows, the grounds man/security was very creepy. This use to be a nice place to stay but not anymore. We only had 2 good days of wifi late at night the security guy would turn off the water &all of the lights on the property they have bed bug's 🛌. Not a good stay
