United StatesThe restaurants are not accommodating after 8:30pm. We waited for 2hrs two nights in a row for food. Not to mention the food was cold and one night I didn’t receive my order. The kitchen literally threw my food together in less than five minutes. Last but not least there were roaches in the bathroom.

Resort is really spacious and lots of different areas to explore whether you want something more relaxed or more lively. Lots of different options for food too - breakfast was in particular really good and enjoyed the seaside grill restaurant. A couple of reviews mention unfriendly staff: we personally did not find this, all staff were very friendly and accommodating around the resort.

United StatesEverything was great my only issue , after you check in I mean immediately after checking In before even getting to your room staff sit you down and try and sell you on something that sounds like a timeshare and VERY persistent .. almost ruined the experience, after getting passed that everything was great, friendly staff clean property.. Anyone who decides to go be sure to stop by the coco cafe in the evening and see Ms erica , she's a delight .

United StatesI didn't like that the room we booked (preferred swim out) was unavailable due to the preferred section pool being closed. Unfortunately, it was closed for the duration of the stay which was disappointing. The property has assured me that they will refund the difference of the cost of the room, since we had to stay in a different room.
The food was amazing yet again! There are so many different restaurants to try. The portion sizes are good, and the drinks are also so delicious! They also honored our request to have the same butlers that we had last year which was great! They definitely know how to treat their guests, and our butlers went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was impeccable!

JamaicaI disliked being ambushed by the membership crew! Robbing me of a peaceful breakfast with my husband and one and a half hours from my two-night stay caused me to drop my score from 10 to 7. If you want to sell me something (can't speak for anyone else), then be upfront about it. No need for gimmicks and trickery.
What's not to like? It's a fabulous hotel in a beautiful location with a great beach and lots of quality eating options on the property. The entertainment is pretty good, too!

CanadaBreakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, and are exceptionally busy/crowded. Check in and check out are also plagued by unusually standoffish guests, clearly accustomed to speaking to the staff as though they were servants. A slightly jarring experience, but not entirely within the hotel's control. I also have to mention that the pricing is a little bit much, for what you're getting.
The freedom to walk around and visit all the restaurants and bars at your leisure is nice, as are the many pools and beaches. The spa was very difficult to book, but once we managed to get a timeslot, it became immediately apparent why that was happening. The spa is fantastic, with a tonne of relaxing options. We got the couples massage package and loved every minute of it.
