Location and service were the greatest attributes. Ms. Pauline was awesome and made us comfortable. She was available to assist us whenever we needed her. We were in the heart of town. 5 -7 mins from the main attractions like Dunns River Falls, etc.

United StatesI did not like the shower head it need to change and I hate the fact that we dont have access to laundry we have to pay separately for that when other places you have access to wash without any extra charges.as for the pool I was unable to use due to the fact that there's always a sign saying pool closed for treatment, they need to treat the pool overnight not when people need to use it and the time was hot.

Blow dryer is needed in the room Security guard at the back gate left and the gate was closed for about 30 mins we were waiting to go out to the beach and some person wanted to come inside as well. Why is there ppl on the compound smoking and why is no computer at the front desk the check in process was too long.

United KingdomShower in B1 had no power and kept losing hot water - every night the shower was unsatisfactory. Only 7 sunbeds at the pool - not enough on at least 1 occasion. The Silver Sands restaurant at the complex didn't have prices on the international menu - it stopped us eating there.
Miss Pauline was fantastic - she was friendly and attentive - always checking we were ok or if we needed anything. Towels and bedding were changed - didn't expect the bed to be changed since we were only there for 6 nights. Comfortable pillows. Enjoyed having a kitchen so we could make our own breakfast. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookwear. Plenty of parking spaces. Perfect location.

United KingdomThe team provided excellent communication, sending a WhatsApp message with directions to the resort. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was nice and modern with Smart TVs and wifi box. I loved Ms. Pauline, who I think manages the room; she was very helpful, friendly and funny. She will look after you! Martin, who I think is the owner, was also very helpful on the night I arrived and was very understanding with my late check-in. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive from all the hotspots, and the beach is literally behind the resort. You get free access if you stay at the resort. In a nutshell, I really enjoyed my stay; I would come back again. Great for solo travellers too!

SpainThe music was loud and on until midnight, and there were people trying to sell you tours all days at all times..
The complex is beautiful, the swimming pool is clean and illuminated at night. There is a pool bar with food and drinks and music in the evening/nights. Direct access to the beach area, free entrance if you are staying here. The apartment is super well equipped, acc works perfectly, comfy beds, amazing TV, and the lady attending us was just so sweet and supportive!
