JamaicaFirst the buffet restaurant have teenager roach in the board chair. I was traumatized when one came out while I was eating in the night. They are aware of this. Then the night of my birthday a flying roach came through the ac vent and I was terrified. I personally cannot return because no one came to assist me when I informed the front desk of what happened. When I am in my room, I can hear my neighbors and I am a light sleeper so for those reasons I cannot return. Thankful for my partner who ensured to take my mind off this. The last issue which is currently sorted out the amount booking was charging me is different from what the hotel presented to me. I am currently still trying to sort that out. Because how can I book one price and arrive at the hotel and getting a higher charge. So I am over this hotel at this point.

JamaicaThe food received by the room service could have been better. Would love the same quality food as what is offered at the buffet offered for room service. The birthday service I wish could have been better even if we were to pay for the additional service I would have done that but what is offered is less than what I would consider to be the bare minimum.
The food variety was really good. My partner explained that it was really lovely Mahalia did a really good job. Your staff was really helpful and considerate in every sense of the word from front desk to the pool deck persons.
