The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The food was varied and yummy. Conveniently close to the airport.

United StatesCheck in process was very bad. First of all we arrived early so we were asked to wait to 3pm. Then it took 2-3 hours to get a room assigned. This is a ridiculous amount of time to just hang around especially if you’ve had a long flight.
All-inclusive. Great location close to the airport. Friendly staff. Food was great, plenty to choose from. Tracks and records restaurant nearby.

United KingdomWhat i didn't like was the reception staff wasn't very informative on my arrival. The hotel is part of another hotel and wasn't informed that the entertainment at night was in that part of the hotel. Also, I didn't have hot water for 2 days as there was something wrong with their boiler, which they could have informed me off, on arrival.
What i like is that it was close to the airport and on the main road. Easy excess to shops.

United StatesHad to get a new room, two times. First we needed three beds, they only gave us two. Secondly, we did not have any A/C for two days, in Jamaica!!! Also, it was hard to get our towels replaced. Towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. That was not the fault of the staff, cleaning of the laundry is outsourced to another company, they were always late returning the towels.
The staff was nice , helpful, and friendly. The breakfast menu was good, lunch and dinner could have been better. The ocean view from our room was beautiful. The beach and pool area were clean. Safety is a priority for the hotel. Guests must sign in and out as they come and go.

United StatesWe arrived at the property at 5:30 pm and our room was not ready for check in until sometime after 7pm. The food could have been a lot better( not a lot of flavor). Much of the food tasted like it was previously frozen. We didn’t have all of the amenities in our room as described (hand towels, bath mat, iron) we asked but never received these. There was no internal lock on our room door and no do not disturb sign, no way to keep people from entering our room without our permission. The room is very dated.
The facility was nicely decorated and was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and parking was good.

Jamaicano wash cloths, no face towels, sharp edged furniture, no second cover on bed. no water in room on checkin. cheap little signs by ligbt switchws. very basic decor. weird checking and record keeping (delays, no name,) smoke detector damaged. One glass seemed used when I first came into tbe room.

JamaicaI think it could be a little be more kid friendly with the provision of a slide. The entrance need to have a more wow factor welcoming the guest as this is the first point of contact. The staff were very friendly, service could be better in the buffet area regardless of being understaffed. It took us a while to get a few place to eat. In this case all hands should be on deck to alleviate the issue. It need signs to tell you where things are . We had to be asking
Loved the room, and the view from there was breath taking. Entertainment was top teir all around And I like the fact that we could go on the other property . Overall for a smaller property it served its purpose of providing some fun filled days.

Very good location, food was ok, kinda disappointed about the meals has it would always finish very early e.g breakfast would always finish by 9am without being topped up or replace with other Jamaican dishes once finished then that’s it only eggs and bacon would be available, room was nice but the ac kept making a very annoying sound once on, very nice view, pool and beach was amazing

MexicoI’ll start by saying that I left a few dollars on the desk under some receipts and personal stuff and cleaning personal took them (not a big amount but still). When I let reception know, not even an apology or we will look into it, they said: she probably thought it was a tip. WHAT!? I didn’t want her to get into trouble but response from the hotel was terrible. Hotel is ok. Spacious room, great food and drinks. Nice beach (thought not enough chairs for all guests). Good views. Good price for Jamaica but you get what you pay for.
