The most wonderful staff you'll meet! Perfect location and the hostel itself is great! Good spacious beds, lovely common area, plenty of bathroom space. The perfect place to stay in Kingston, great social space and it's safe and secure.

Went with my cousin, hostel accommodations but super safe, walking distance to Bob Marley museum and Kaya. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely come again and proffered choice if traveling that way solo.

Nothing really, I guess only thing i could think of which was an issue for me, because I typically bring my own towels is that they did not provide anything other than bed and blanket so you need to bring your own soap and towel

The staffs were so wonderful infact I became friends with most of them and the location was great I like the place and would reccomend it to my friends and I would love to visit again honestly thanks.

The toilets can be improved

The showers

Air-conditioner wasn’t working that well

The staff, especially the two younger guys.

The restrooms and shower.! I saw two lizards in the shower and it’s very hot, no ventilation whatsoever.

The location is great, walking distance to Bob Marley’s museum and many restaurants. The place was very clean and has a cool cafe next door.

I stayed in the dorm at Ragamuffin Hostel and unfortunately had a very bad experience. There were no quiet hours enforced—guests were loud and disruptive well past 11 PM. I raised a complaint with the staff, but no action was taken, and the noise continued beyond midnight in the dorm room. Some of the guests were also rude and inconsiderate. This made it difficult to get any rest and left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

The privacy curtains, outlet and light was a great touch.

A small shelf in both the bed space and shower would be helpful

Perfect place to chill

Just to remind dormers not to make too much noise while in the dorm. Some people sleep early
