The ac/fan in the room wad really bad.after the power outage there was no television. Water in the shower wad poor also. I was looking for to dine at the facility and use the beach.

The ambience was excellent. The staff was positively interactive.

The pool was open for a short time during my stay and when I used it, it hadn’t been cleaned, then it closed as they begun renovations. Hopefully next time it will be better

Sad the pool was under renovation but look forward to returning when it's back up and running.

The grounds were impeccably kept. The tranquility and security of the place give a peace of mind. Tho there are upgrades taking place it did not affect my time there.

There was no breakfast to buy, day 1 they say the chef was off , I went down to the area , renovations all over.. day 2 the same.. should have been told no breakfast until renovation is completed as I was told about the pool being closed

The experience was enjoyable, and the food was exceptional. Please note that all orders must be placed in advance, as there is no on-site dining area; however, the food is prepared here. Currently, renovations are underway, and we look forward to the potential addition of a sit-down restaurant in the future.

The staff overall were pleasant. My group had 16 persons and we ordered 4 rooms which were all over the property although I specifically requested rooms to be near to each other.

The property is in a central location close to popular and reasonable food spots. I liked the layout of the property overall. The Jamaican hot breakfast was wonderful.

We didn't quite get the type of room requested, nor did we get the ground floor (one guest is senior). But, that may have been due going via a booking website, with probable delay in getting requests to the resort. A few minor quirks could be / were sorted.

The location of the property is quite good, with a pool of clean appearance and a beach area. The room was fairly well put together with a kitchenette. Staff including the manager, were broadly helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was not offer. However, the drink bar was very convenient. It provided a variety of drinks, including fresh juices. The location was central to the local surroundings: public transportation, food markets, public beach, bars and authentic cuisine.

While it is natural, a little effort to clean the beach of seaweed would make the beach usable.

"Beach" very disappointing. Not only was it the size of a medium garden, repairs were being done. Also the rails to go into the sea were unstable and being repaired so could not use. I moved location specifically for a beach so was extremely disappointed. Accommodation OK, but bathroom very dated.

Property layout and gardens beautiful and peaceful. Rooms very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely well maintained grounds.
