Turks & Caicos IslandsI arrived later than anticipated so by the time I got to my room and found that my bed preference was not what I requested, front desk was closed for the night. I was satisfied with the rest of the stay.
The room was clean and comfortable. The meals were tasty, but the options were a bit limited which is quite understandable since the property is not very big. The property was clean, cool and peaceful. Nice for a quiet vacation.

KuwaitI didn't like the closet in the room, they were old and had a smell that overpowered the room when I turned the AC off.
I loved the hospitality and friendly nature of all staff members I interacted with, especially the 2 ladies at reception. I love that there is a daily shuttle that takes people to their sister property Legends Hotel, that is located along the 7-mile Negril Beach. Also, there was always someone outside the hotel to assist us with exiting the parking lot because it was difficult to see around the corners.

United Statesno pool towels were provided so you have to bring your own or just use your room towels; no shower soap, shampoo either. Ants were in room upon arrival - they quickly addressed this and sprayed for them - didn’t have an issue rest of week.
Love the staff - so friendly. Beautiful view - we stayed on the newer side of the property. The rooms were ICE cold! Buffet was good - good variety of foods - we did the all-inclusive - be aware that there is only one restaurant on the property and the all-inclusive option is a buffet - plenty of food to eat and we were satisfied with the food We did some cliff jumping right off the edge of the property, which was fun - we brought snorkeling gear as well that we used along the cliffs We spent one 1/2 day at the Legends, the sister property, along 7 mile beach - nice change for the day - note though that there is a small area for sitting on the beach for Legends, but they did have chairs you could use - you could also eat the buffet at Legends as well if you are part of the all-inclusive If you are staying at Samsara for more than a few days, I would suggest doing some excursions to break up the day - not much to do at the resort unless you just want to lounge at the pool all day. We drove to YS Falls and did the Black River Cruise. Also went to Blue Hole. Suggest you go to Patsy’s for ice cream - I think we went there 4 times during the week - just a few minutes away from Samsara. We ate at Ivan’s one night for dinner - fantastic! We also went to Rick’s cafe to watch the high dive cliff jumping. We also rented a car at the airport, which gave us flexibility to come and go - much better and cheaper than renting taxis - super expensive this way - for example, they were charging $100 for 2 people for a round trip to Blue Hole (30 minutes away). We had a group of 8, which would have been $400 - NO thank you! The rental car is so worth it but beware of the POT HOLES!! They are everywhere - be careful.

United StatesI did not choose AI and was very glad because the restaurant was only open for 2 hours 3x a day. I ate breakfast once, and it was adequate, but there are tons of fantastic, inexpensive local spots nearby. Also, I suspect they water down the drinks at the bar cause they are extremely weak.
Beautiful property, very clean, secure, and friendly staff. The pools are great with plenty of comfy loungers and beds with gorgeous views. You can cliff jump and access the ocean right on the property, although this section was closed due to rough waters when I was there😔 I will definitely stay here again. BTW I stayed in what the reviews call the "old building" and my room was fine.

United KingdomHad a lovely time but the hotel is a bit more run down than it was, especially the rooms in the old bit near the sea. Could definitely do with a bit of an update, especially some maintenance on the bathrooms, lots of leaky taps and loose handles. Nearby to lots of good restaurants, but you have to take a taxi as it is impossible to walk on the road.
This was our 3rd stay here, the previous one being 6 years ago. We wanted to come back for the great location and value for money. The food is even nicer than before, with more breakfast options and delicious dinners. Great to be able to snorkel off the cliffs. Aircon works well and the beds are comfy. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Reception and restaurant staff were so helpful and welcoming, especially Adacia, who was lovely.

CanadaI didn’t like the lack of towels. No blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner. We found a used Condom under our bed so that was unsettling, knowing our room was cleaned properly.
We really loved the view, the pool, staff and food!! The food was fantastic and offered plenty of variety. Being able to jump off the cliffs was super fun.

The location was an absolute dream and the staff was super helpful. Just the fact that we are able to snorkel at our own leisure is a such a bargain with how much you’ll end up spend on a catamaran excursion to snorkel

We had no kettle...no fridge... no room water (only at check in did we get a small bottle each nothing for the rest of the stay) The hotel has so much potential to be better

United StatesI wish there was a little more water pressure , how ever this is my first time out of country and to a country that just got hit by a hurricane . So I didn’t expect much. The WiFi was only available for one day and the second day it was out the whole time. Again very understandable after a hurricane. Nothing anyone could do for me either and nor did I ask for any assistance for either.
The location is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very accommodating and I felt like I was in the best hands while being there. I love that everything feels very close and that the views of the ocean were amazing .
