    I like the fact that the dining hours are longer than most resorts. it prevents persons from rushing to get meals.

    It is the first resort i have been to that i had to join a line of 20 persons to get into the dining area on three occasions. This is suggesting that the resort is short staffed. My room had two single beds and i booked one king size bed. it was uncomfortable in the room.

    The the entertainment was great ,the staff was well trained and always have a welcome face

    The food could have being much much better, the food choices was very limited ,same thing u have for lunch is always the same thing for dinner, lock of vegetables and fruits

    The food was amazing. Geovanni who works in the catering department was very professional, great customer service. Other staff's was just there to collect tips.

    We checked in on our wedding night and was given a deal on an upgraded room. We were told it had great views but this wasn't true. I feel we paid for nothing. This was very disappointing.

    - Entertainment - Boring - No warning/posted sign about jellyfish 🪼. I got stung twice then was told by the health care staff that I had to buy benedrly at the gift shop for 32us

    The whole experience was a delight. The massage staff was over and beyond in professionalism, especially Lee and Vinaette. The bellmen were very professional and warm in greeting us on to the property. Security guards were very pleasant as well, overall everything was GOOD. Will be returning soon.

    Everything was wonderful and perfect

    Only complaint was that we didn't know to make reservations at restaurants far in advance and therefore did not get to eat at the ones needing reservations.

    They gave us a rose and juice in the lobby as a welcome. The bar staff and entertainment team was awesome and the best part of the trip. Adrian and Renardo from the entertainment team was a really great vibe and they helped my group out a lot, especially by giving us a tour and directions when no one else would at the end of the first night. Micheal at the pool bar made my trip awesome with the cocktails, shots and mixes. The food was also great. The steak at Pier 8 was delicious and the chef accommodated us on our first day after hearing how bad our experience started.

    After checking in at the front desk, the front of house staff gave us an attitude when asked where we were traveling from and I said Kingston because we are Jamaicans but we don't reside in the country. We then had to wait 4 hours to get a room and my room requirements requested previously were not accommodated. During those 4 hours we didn't know where anything was and no one offered a tour or directions but other foreign guests were offered these things. I was told to speak to Informations to be compensated for the wait but I was told it was closed, then, that they couldn't do anything for us. The clubs were closed and the night time activities weren't that great, they lasted for about an hour rather than most of the night. We had to line up to get into the buffet area and the lines were extremely long, then when my group was supposed to be seated we were given the worst looking tables throughout the entire trip while foreign guests got the best tables. Most staff throughout the trip was extremely prejudiced when it came to my group and with other guests as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if they expect want to be treated fairly as persons of color and locals.

    I really loved the room service, which was 24hrs.

    The wait period to check in. It took us about 2 hours to get 1 of the rooms after 3pm check in. There was no communication made when the other room was ready so it was a lot of back and forth to the front desk. There should have been an handheld shower head in ALL rooms for less hassle to bathe a baby/infant. Some of the staff didn't pay us any mind when we went to dine in the Buccaneers Reefs. Most of the time, there is always going to be a line to get something.

    Food service was extremely good

    Some of the staff wasn’t pleasant and helpful And while I was waiting for a room I had to Waite for 3h hours for it to clean cause, my feet blisters and swelling to my ankle they do not have empathy are care in return not even sorry not even discount are something to feel satisfied it’s all about collecting there money and not about customer service I could have blood clots in my feet. Unfortunately I will not visit moon palace, money comes first for moon palace customers last.

    I booked moon palace for my pre honeymoon. I went to the beach when I came back all my items were missing from the room . I had to spend over two hours waiting for staff to resolve the issues.
