    No hot water in the shower (please fix the shower mixers, the faucet had warm water in 1421). Pool bar was a little noisy along with some of the activities meant to entertain guests.

    Staff were very pleasant, with the exception of 1 person. The variety of meal options was good based on price point. The entertainment/ night show was good. Bed and room were comfortable. Great choice for a budget resort.

    The food was sometimes salty. We paid for 2 rooms, occupied only one and rather than make a refund, they charged us more. The bathroom had half of the shower enclosure missing, so every time we took a shower, a puddle was created. The shower handle is detached.

    I liked the beach and the reception area.

    Room needs updating, no elevator had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with my luggage in the hot hallway. Not having an elevator I would give this 1 bad .

    The facility was poor. Leaking toilet in our room we made a report and then the plumber came and did little nothing and still it was leaking.. the whole room was STINK… and even when we were leaving the toilet water was leaking on the floor.. The pool needs to be cleaned with chlorine

    Rooms in poor condition. No hangers for Rail, no towels, bed sheets had hairs on them. Restaurant service slow with drinks.

    I’ve been trying to contact the hotel for almost a week about my lost property and cannot get through they’re also unresponsive via email unfortunately

    Dining, bar and pool staff are fantastic.

    Rooms needed upgrade bathtub paint peeling and water leaking from the ceiling flooding the rooms.

    Rooms are very nice with balcony, entertainment was great. Love the location. Staff was very nice.

    A lot of stairs to climb to go to my room, ants problem in room, very long check in. More than two hours. No short towels in room. They do not provide the short towels. Only full bath towels. Not enough soap.

    The food was exceptional. Pools were nice and some entertainment. I would go back there.

    The front office staff were mean and very rude. The house keeping supervisor was supposed to get us toilet paper, she said she'd be back in 5 minutes never came back. The front desk said they'd get us an iron never got one. There was no wash cloths provided, per front desk the rooms doesn't come with wash cloths (what a joke) The bath towels were torn and dirty! The food at the buffet restaurant was ok. The dining room staff were the best. The food at the fine dining wasn't good and the serving sizes were kids portions. Management needs to really do some upgrades and cleaning because this is a beautiful property! The pictures you see on the website of the outside are exactly what the Property looks like.

    The outside of the Property is beautiful and clean. The on-site disco was opened and that was fun.

    Room was dated items needed to be replaced either broken or just old door was really old and rusted. We requested towels and never got them ,there were no refreshments in the room we had to walk to the bar every single time we needed a drink of juice. Room never got cleaned. There was also work men painting while I want to go in an out of my room which I found very inconvenient

    There were a few things about my stay that really need improvement. First, the towels were a big letdown. They were supposed to be white, but they looked gray and dingy—more like rags used for cleaning floors. It honestly looked like they hadn’t been properly washed or bleached in a long time. They definitely need to replace them with fresh, clean ones. The bathroom was also in rough shape. The tub was old with paint peeling off, which made it feel dirty, and the whole space just looked outdated. There were no washcloths, no soap—only a small bottle of shampoo. It felt like the bare minimum. In the room, the TV was outdated and didn’t even come with a remote—we had to go downstairs to ask for one. There was no iron or ironing board either, which are basic things you’d expect. The food was probably the most disappointing part. There were flies around the food, and the taste was honestly bad. The Jamaican provisions tasted like animal feed, some dishes were way too salty, while others had no flavor at all. The fruit was fresh but not sweet, and the selection was really limited. Also, the floors were very slippery when wet—felt unsafe. Parts of the property seemed to be under construction, and there were holes in the walls, especially under the sink. I really hope these things can be addressed, because with some care and attention, the place has potential.

    The staff and entertainment team made our stay unforgettable. I want to shout out the amazing waitresses—Shanniel Webb, Monesha Powell, Tianna Bryan, and Camille Gibbs. They were so friendly and welcoming. Dripking the dancer kept the vibes alive, Shaquille the bartender was great, and Tevin Campbell the bellman was super helpful. They all truly deserve an award for how well they treated us. We loved how easy it was to access the beach, and the drinks were always flowing! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. And the security team? On point—made us feel safe the whole time. Thank you all for making the experience so special.

    I did not like the policy that you could only eat food in the area ordered and not providing room service you could not bring food back to your apartment room. Facilities for disabled people were few. A wheelchair user was confined to utilising a room where other members in my party had to lift her in the wheelchair over two steps for all six of the days we were at the resort. One or two of the staff spoke about guests in front of their faces in a mocking and resentful manner in their local lingo thinking people don’t understand them. They all need staff re-training.

    The location was good and the views stunning! Activities were fair most people were enjoying the free flowing beverages, topping up tans, taking a trip or boat ride or the crystal clear waters. You were enabled to enjoy the resort in any way you felt.
