JamaicaNext door to a party venue that plays music until 3 am on Friday/Saturday. Mosquitoes. They sprayed but the pesky insects still found their way in through gaps above doors and windows. Room was a bit dated but it was clean.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beach. Delicious food. Quiet and tranquil days. Value for money. Its a small locally run (boutique) resort that has managed to remain in business despite much larger hotels moving in and taking over the customer base due to more advantageous economies of scale.

United StatesAggressive panhandlers that would make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable, as they would stand on the beach staring at you, trying to sell you marijuana and anything else they could think of. Resort security was present and did a great job but the laws allow these panhandlers to be on the beach within a certain area.

The location was good. Hotel and grounds well maintained. The suite was very nice, spacious, with modern furnishings. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My issues were checked and addressed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends

Czech RepublicAll all-inclusive meals were served only, there was no buffet, the choice of food was very limited. The hotel parking lot is miniature, sometimes it was a problem to park.
The accommodation is adequate, the distinct hotel buildings are in tropical greenery, which was nice. The area is not very big, but right by the beach.

United StatesWe had issues with water, pressure, hot water, or water running at all. I found if I took a shower at an all time, super early or early afternoon, it was perfect. Not ideal to have to shower at 230 in the afternoon if you want to hot water.

United StatesThe property could be updated with some small touches that could make a big difference. I think the lighting in the bar and dining area needs to be improved greatly. Its dark and dingy atmosphere is not conducive to hanging out and enjoying the experience. A bar set up closer to the beach would be nice as well.
It’s small enough to feel like a community of people you recognize and get to know. A huge resort where you don’t know anyone is not as friendly of an atmosphere.

Loved the location of this hotel, right on the beach. OK so its not a 4 or 5 star, however, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and quite modern, and the food is good. We always found something to eat. My partner is also Vegetarian and he found the choice of food enough. The All Inclusive here is just Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal, including drinks all day. No snacks etc. But, we found this more than enough and the location is amazing. Free Air Conditioning is an absolute plus too!
