I only want to suggest one thing for improvement of the hotel and that's the cleaning of the bathrooms especially the shower... Could have been better.

The staff went above and beyond to appease, especially Sophia from guest experience. She is spectacular! Without any request at all, she made my birthday extra special. Thank you Sophia!! We looked for u when we were checking out but seems you had a well-deserved day off. Overall, the property was a wonderful experience. I only wished the stay was longer so we could explore more but next time definitely!!

I was on the 6th floor and paid extra for an sea view room. Unfortunately the lift nearest my door was constantly breaking doiwn which resulted in us taking the stairs on a number of occassions. Not ideal after a meal and a few drinks! It's a large complex and I found the scale of it sometimes overwhelming...

I liked the ambience and scenery, especially the green areas in and around the property and the views to the sea from the dining areas were superb!

I booked an ocean view they put me on the 2nd floor where I saw more trees than ocean, my view was more pool side, it gets noisy at night and early in the morning so this is not a place to come and sleep in

Not enough ladles in the restaurant. Same spoons being used to serve meat/fish and vegetarian. Can result in people having breakouts if they have sea food and other food allergies. Vegetarian food, meat and sea food should be clearly segregated.

Aspects of the property, in particular the rooms and toilets, were a little dated and could benefit from an upgrade. USB/USBC plug points in the room would be really useful too. The tennis coach didn’t show for my advanced/intermediate tennis lessons. Occasionally the hot food in the Jasmine buffet restaurant was lukewarm. The hot plates may require more heat to keep the food hotter for longer.

The facilities and amenities - restaurants, activities (including tennis court), pools, bars - were great and well maintained and there was a great variety of food/cuisines on offer. Really enjoyed the Jamaican corner. Staff were friendly, helpful and good fun. The beach had lots of areas to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea and the sea was tranquil with crystal clear waters to enjoy paddling in. The views from my ocean view room were fantastic and I loved having a lounger on my balcony to relax on and enjoy beautiful sunsets, the tropical atmosphere and rhythms.

I booked a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my boyfriend. reservations were at 6:30, i was told someone would come get us at 6:25. It was 6:40, no one was answering the phone and no one came so i had to go get someone at guest services, that walked us to the dinner. / the mosquitos in the room were too much.

The directions to the restaurant the first night. It turned out okay when a manager took the time to escort me to a restaurant. When there was nothing on the menu at that one that I could choose from, he escorted me to another. That was really thoughtful, and it made the experience much more memorable.

They did not have air conditioning in several restaurants and rooms. We suffered for 2 nights and they did nothing to accommodate our group. They never even checked on us to see if we were surviving the no sir issue. Also I dislike their system to have dinner in the restaurants. We were on the Luxury side that avoid children and we saw children on the list luxury side daily. The entertainment by the pool was the same thing for 5 straight days with the exception of the foam party.

The wall outlets would not charge my phone. They were universal outlets. Thank goodness the bathroom had a regular outlet.
