The ocean view, location, quiteness

No closet or clothes rack in room. No clothes iron, no private balcony space

Kaiser Sunset is currently undergoing some renovations, as mentioned in other reviews, but honestly – I didn’t notice a thing. The work was quiet and didn’t disturb my stay at all. The staff were also very respectful and accommodating. The hotel is located a bit outside of town, in the West End – basically halfway between Negril Downtown and Rick’s Café. That makes it wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding roads aren’t ideal for walking into town, but Uber works really well and is easy to use. There’s a small minimart right across the street if you need anything, and the Wi-Fi is stable and fast throughout the property. The absolute highlight, though, is the breathtaking view – truly unforgettable. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful side of Negril.

One small downside: there’s no mirror in the bathroom

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I was greeted with a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. The environment was clean and peaceful, and the room was spotless and comfortable. But what truly stood out was the breathtaking sunset absolutely stunning! The view was like something out of a postcard and made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION BUT THIS WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH YOUR STAY. THE STAFF WAS WELCOMING AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE ROOM IS OF A FAIRLY GOOD SIZE WITH BASIC AMENITIES INCLUDING A FRIDGE, HOT WATER AND WIFI. A TV WAS NOT IN MY ROOM, HOWEVER, THEY WERE WILLING TO PROVIDE ONE IF REQUESTED. BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE AT A COST BUT OTHER MEALS WOULD HAVE TO BE PURCHASED OFF PROPERTY. THE VIEW WAS MAGNIFICENT AND BREATHTAKING. THE ENVIRONS WERE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. THERE IS A POOL AND JACUZZI WHICH IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS. THERE WAS AMPLE PARKING AND A SECURITY ON PROPERTY. I WILL BE REVISITING SOON!!

The property seemed to be famiily owned and operated.. they were so welcoming!!! The property is cleaned and the view is amazing. They provide a welcome cocktail and the pool on the property is beautiful. There is also a super friendly dog on the property that stays out the way but will interact if you're a pet lover. Definitely going back.
