The staff was excellent especially our Bulters Toby also Vernon and the lifeguards Ricardo and Nicolas ! The chief chef provided some ackee and saltfish for our group on request which was greatly appreciated because they didn’t have ackee that day ! The staff sang Jamaican happy birthday rendition for my three cousins if there is away for me to send you the video let me know !

The daily entertainment activities were amazing. We get enjoyed times anytime and anywhere. Also, the beach was so calmed and warm, my family love stay inside the water and swimming there.

JamaicaThe entertainment was limited to dancing.. not very interactive. Limited restaurants, property is smaller than I expected. I also have never had to pay for room service at any other all inclusive resort and felt that could have been included in the fee..
The room was pretty decent. I was expecting a twin bed in the room for our 5 year old. All 3 of us ended up sleeping in one bed since he never felt safe in the living area

United StatesI was very pleased with the ocean front room with a balcony. Not impressed with the vintage un upgraded tub in the bathroom. I don't prefer cold showers in the morning, got caught with one unexpectedly. My wife is a sort of conosuer of food and she gives the buffet a thumbs down. I would have to agree with her on that one though, look the place was nice for the money , but, I expected better for what I paid. I would give them an almost 4th star. My biggest compliment goes to their Asian Cafe restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, The Lebou che bistro was too, we'll you know what I mean. They have 5 restaurants, and 4 out of the 5 were absolutely marvelous. Now let me tell you something that really helped me enjoy myself. The entertaining was something that I was much impressed with. The various nightly entertainment was all I needed to enjoy my stay. The dancers were fantastic and quite professional to be so young & talented. Now, here's something that truly blew my mind when Booking.com tried to charge me over a thousand dollars on booking this hotel. I had a reservation with the hotel, and they had my credit card. Booking.com stated that my reservation was not reserved, saying I am required to pay a thousand dollars and that when I got to the hotel that I wouldn't have to pay anymore when I arrived. We'll eventually I was told by the hotel that they are a 3rd party vendor. It's better to choose your hotel when using Booking.com, then contact that hotel directly. Don't try to contact the hotel through them. they create false numbers that aren't true. Yes, these MOFOS was actually carrying me like that. Anyhow, I actually wanted to go to Riu but they didn't have an ocean front view with a balcony for the days I selected. Once again, I had a great time, and I actually feel like I got my money's worth at the Jewel Grande. You'll absolutely love their staff.

United StatesI wish the check in process went smoother and our rooms were available so we could make use of day 1 as we arrived hoping to get started with our vacation. The rest of the days made up for it though! I will say the cabana rental wasn’t worth the extra unless you’ll be spending the day at the beach.
We loved the variety of food options especially for dinner. The absolute best part of our stay was the staff and an extra special thank you to Lennox and Hermique who really went above and beyond to accommodate every need and want we had to make our trip truly memorable and special. They were absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank them enough for all the work they put into making our stay so amazing.

JamaicaMore attention to cleaning of certain areas: inside elevators, spillage among other disgusting acts of guests. Hot tub was much too hot...needs to be properly gauge. I watched guests stepped in & swiftly jumped out because of that.
Buffet Restaurante had a variety of meals to choose from which was good. The salt mackerl rundown was too salty on the Sun which was a bit disappointing for us. Love WAZE & LeBochon - fine dining was enhanced by warm servers

JamaicaCleanliness throughout could be better. Hot tub temperature was not regulated to a comfortable setting as was the lift it felt like a sauna and at one point I felt really dizzy. Dining later meant you missed the night entertainment, different show times would be helpful.
Spacious room with beautiful view of the ocean at a great cost! Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with lovely little hidden places to feel alone.

The aesthetics of the hotel was very nice. The layout and size of the room was magnificent. The amenities were outstanding. It had a full functioning kitchen, washer, dryer, and walk-in shower in the master bedroom.
