United StatesThe housekeeping service, and room service was horrible the lack to help someone was very unprofessional in many ways, to have people only in place like the restaurants and common areas but if you need to call for some assistance someone may answer and never show up is wild for an expensive 4 day stay. I was there attending a wedding and the wedding was not catered correctly the wedding planner was nowhere to be found for seating guests the gazebo had two funeral flower placed on it, the chair placement was bad, the reception area wasnt private enough to keep other guests from coming in. Definitely unprofessional for having over 90 guests to your establishment bringing in good money for poor service.
The property was beautiful and peaceful even with guests around.

United KingdomThere was something for everyone. If one restaurant was too noisy there were other more secluded eating places.
All the staff, even the gardeners, were extremely friendly. They were generally professional, competent and efficient. This was an excellent hotel with rooms which were clean, well appointed and comfortable. This is was a big resort hotel with many restaurants, swimming pools, sun lounging area and other facilities. Some restaurants ware boisterous and noisy whilst others were quieter. The standard of the food was based on mass catering. It was variable.

JamaicaA few glitches were experienced upon calling the Resort to confirm reservations made through booking.com. Evidently my name couldn't be found on the resort's database (despite providing my booking confirmation number). After several fustrating attempts of talking to/emailing different persons, trying to rectify same, it was later discovered the mishap resulted, as my middle name was being shown as my surname on their database (no fault of mine). Additionally, upon making the reservations, I had expressed that I would be celebrating a milestone birthday, hence, the trip, however, there was no special recognition made of same, in any form. Lastly, we were hoping to have been placed on the upper floor of the resort, instead were placed on the ground floor, as such, no real view, which was somewhat disappointing.
The meals were great, they had a wide variety of sumptuous dishes (local & international) to choose from at the Resort. I particularly liked the number of restaurant options available on property. The dining areas were very attractive and clean. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of the experience for us was: the meal, the pool/ beach facilities, the ambiance and the nightly entertainment package. The grounds were wonderfully decorated for the festive season.

United StatesDidn’t receive the $600 resort credit!! They gave us coupons which saved you up to $1500 on various things around the resort like $200 off the spa, etc, which was not what we wanted!! Was VERY upset about that! Also, staying on the Lady Hamilton side came with very long waits for transport. The staff was nice though!

United KingdomShower gel wasn't topped up and ran out before our 3night stay ended. Food was disappointing in the buffet some items under seasoned and overcooked such as the burgers or the extreme over salty mackerel. Staff at the bars were extremely rude and concierge seemed to begrudgingly help with luggage when there are no lifts. And also flippantly labelled our luggage resulting in misplacing some of our bags when we needed to leave.
Lovely grounds and beautiful views everywhere. Atmosphere and evening entertainment was really good also. Comfy bed.

United KingdomUnfriendly/rude staff at the bars & concierge in particular. I noticed they brightened up and "performed and pandered" when white guests spoke to them in stark contrast to how they then addressed black guests who got rude, rushed and sour faced interactions. Limited options on places to eat unless you booked. Only one buffet restaurant was open during our stay the rest were booking only. Overcooked & under seasoned all red meat & overly sweet drinks. One bag of standard sized Crisps given in the room daily for 3 people to share seemed weird. Not many snack options outside of meals times aside from the jerk hut.
Great kids and adult pool areas. Lovely room layout, comfortable and amazing room view. Nice beach area. Nice desserts.

CanadaThe check-in process was a little bit strange but we also felt that it was because we arrived earlier than we thought we would.
We were so impressed with the food at this hotel. The main buffet is all you need! The food was always fresh and plentiful. So tasty compared to other all inclusives we've been to in both Jamaica and Mexico! We also have to mention the amazing staff. We were there through Hurricane Beryl! The staff took care of us every step of the way and kept us safe and confident that we would be safe. A lot of staff chose to work instead of being with their own families to help make sure we had an amazing vacation in spite of the storm.

CanadaWe didn’t enjoy being tricked and pressured into their membership presentation on check in. The room needed a lot of repair. When we needed blankets for our kids we had to ask 4 different times then bribe someone to find us some. They would take our towels for cleaning but not replace them with enough. There seemed to be a lot of confusion at the front desk when we needed to extend our stay due to the hurricane. The service at Sumptori restaurant was particularly bad. Took really long to get a tiny bit of food so we ended up leaving for the buffet. Kind of a shame because the bit we got was pretty good.
Food was great. Family friendly, loved the pool, beach and gym, and especially Miss Lou’s coffee shop. The location is amazing and friendly staff. Took good care of us during and after hurricane.
