Paula and Eric were gracious hosts. Provided helpful information on how to take local transportation. And offered helpful insight on attractions in the area.

The internet system could have been better. I also think it would be nice to have a big tv in the King room.

The hospitality was great and there was this cool breeze blowing which was exciting and good. The ambiance was second to none. We had a great time swimming in the pool and relaxing on the deck.

The hosts and facilities were excellent. Booking.com leaves much room for improvement. The site never disclosed a minimum of 2 nights for reservations and allowed the booking. Thankfully the host went above and beyond to allow me an accommodation for one night.

Paula provided an exceptional breakfast. Paula and her husband were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to host my stay.

The fact that we had to leave so soon

I loved the warmth and comfort that was extended to my spouse and I, we felt right at home, our expectations were exceeded, Paula and Eric my spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at your mini Hotel😁 we already shared the gospel about our stay and how comfortable and secure the property is, I have and will continue to recommend "Cool Breeze Villa" as the perfect place to spend your stay/ vacation privately in comfort and luxury.

The only thing i didnt like was that our stay came to an end

My fiancè and i spent 3 nights and it was amazing!!! The environment was beautiful and soothing and we felt right at home. It was also my birthday and they decorated the room with a birthday surprise for me. Ms Paula and her husband Eric was really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. If you are looking for a place to relax and free your mind Cool Breeze is definately the place to go!

Directions to the compound was a little tricky. Especially if you arrive at night. Needed more bins, in bathroom and kitchen. The fridge needs a handle so as not to keep hurting your hand back. Door in rear of room which lead to another space needs a bolt.

Location was very peaceful. The host was accommodating and very nice.

Shower was not very powerful but the hot water was a nice temperature.

I loved this property! Very clean and comfortable. My room was light, airy and beautifully decorated. Our host was pleasant and present but non intrusive. The entire property was clean and nicely maintained. I definitely would go back!

Eric and Paula were wonderful from the very beginning. The rooms are spacious and clean. Eric made us feel very welcome. Absolutely lovely place felt like home. We would definitely stay for another weekend next time!😁🙂

I liked everything about the place,I went there with my spouse it was the both of us birthdays we enjoyed ourselves. it was peaceful and quiet, the owner of the place is so down to earth.we will be going back and will be recommended it people. My room was set up for my birthday. I love it.

the tv didn’t work with our devices so we couldn’t get to watch anything, the furnitures and fixtures needs some upgrading.

The property was nice and clean. love that there was hot waster, a pool, AC and friendly cats. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

That we could’ve stayed longer

Beautiful property. Lovely owners - Eric was the perfect host, wish we stayed longer so we could’ve met his wife Paula. Our stay was so much better than we thought it would’ve been. We saw the good reviews and knew we would’ve had a good time but it was somehow better than we couldve imagined. They also have the most well behaved, friendliest cats ive ever seen! And if you dont like cats they leave you alone (they didnt bother my mom at all when she came to visit). Clean, spacious rooms. Fully stocked bar with very good prices. 4 min drive from the beach. About a 20 min walk which is very soothing since its a nice safe area. You literally have nothing to worry about. Also very breezy hence the name of the villa. Definitely will be our new spot whenever we go to back to Discovery Bay. Miss it already!

I honestly, can’t say anything negative about the property. Food doesn’t come with associated cost but is available for additional fee, if needed . I did request breakfast , which was delicious. Wished I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!!!

I was treated as if I was a VIP, starting with text messages, confirming my booking and directions to the property. My room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything to make me feel at home. The grape vines that covered the upstairs patio was a sight to behold.
