Wonderful breakfast with local dishes and standard options. You can also get lunch and dinner at the restaurant at a reasonable cost. Be sure to ask for the oxtail which is exceptional!

bar at the pool deck was closed and we had to go back to the reception to order drinks. some of the cocktails were a bit overpriced. We did not need to have access to the beach but this is something missing that most of travelers would appreciate.

The Frontt Desk Clerk was slow. She moved with no sense of urgency. One clerk with a long line; it was a long wait just to check in. Front Desk staffers need to be more professionally attired. I'm not saying they need to dress up in suits n stockings, but they should not be looking like they are just going to the gym, or about to take a casual walk down the road. And get rid of the chairs at the Front Desk. They don't need to be sitting while working; unless they have an injury or disability that requires sitting while working. It's not professional looking n it slows them down. Everything else was great.

Love the new facility. Nice room, beautiful view. Enjoyed the breakfast.

I had to speak about Stephanie the bartender she was exceptional, even breakfast time she was attentive and alert she made sure we were assisted, she is one of the best staff with great customer service. and the hip strip was awesome I enjoyed the entire area.

Swimmingpool on the rooftop of the other building only accessible by stairs. You have no service telephone there and if you want to order from the bar they ask you a service fee of 5 US$ for a 5 Minutes walk if you call them with your mobile phone.

Great Frontest and professional checkin. Very friendly Bartender and good mixed Cocktails. Very Clean Room and Terrasse with view to Montego Bay. Good Dinner and also friendly Service. Breakfast very good and great variety of option. Quick connection to the airport with Uber for only 10 US$ and less then 10 Min drive. Fast WLAN Connection. Pool has a nice view over the Bay.

Each time I’ve stayed there, there has been a slight issue that really wasn’t fixable unless we moved rooms. This time, the TV did not work. I also think that they should just allow us to use Netflix and YouTube, instead of cable.

The fact that nobody told us there was a switch that we needed to flick to get electricity until we were checking out very poor information at front desk when checking in 166 on booking.com 214 at the hotel once they added their taxes.

Loved the location, and the decor of room as well as the roof top swimming pool.

Lift wasn't working, luckily we were on the first floor. There was only one person serving at breakfast. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be served.

Some of the guests on our floor were very noisy,they had no consideration for others. The pillows have feathers that stick you when you lay on them.I suggest you change them.Other than that,the bed was very comfortable
