This is a small, family-owned, and operated property. The owner was wonderful and incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we told him we had a dinner in Polignano a Mare, he offered to drive us there and pick us up because of how difficult the parking is. Can't recommend this property enough. The location was fantastic!

There is nothing not to love about this lovely property .

The location was wonderful … across the pretty central square, close to beautiful beaches, great food, the room was exceptionally wonderful with the spa shower, tub…. Beautiful and comfortable… but the best part was the kind staff always smiling and going the extra mile to help your stay be the best. I recommend to anyone 100%!

This was not an issue for us at all but for people with mobility issues, no elevator but it’s in progress of being build. Also, if you are tall, avoid a suite with a round bed :)

Maybe just stronger AC would have been nice, as I get very hot and it was 30 degrees outside! My partner doesn't feel the heat as much so she was fine.

Everything. Lovely room, great location, but most of all the owner was so friendly. We had fun trying to communicate as I practiced my basic Italian. At one point a bottle of wine fell out the fridge and smashed and the owner came to clean it up at 9pm with no fuss. He wasn't mad at all and was totally understanding. At the end of the trip I asked what the bill for the wine was and he said "No it's fine". Too kind.

The service was impeccable. Parking was a breeze with the assistance of the property. The location was a very short walking distance to the old town of Monopoli, which made it great. The staff was attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Just to note that the stairs to the terrace are quite steep but if you are fit and healthy they are ok.

This apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The staff are young and so welcoming and helpful. It is in a central location but so very quiet.

Not a negative but just for those travelling with a child, there were quite a few small ornaments around the room which was hard with a toddler.

Great communication with the hotel prior to arrival. Great location with free street parking available nearby. Room was clean and modern with a nice large balcony.

Location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable and well designed. We had expected a view of the square, but that was likely our own oversight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the breakfast was underwhelming and lack of early check-in was a bit inconvenient. A nice experience, but I’m not sure it offered the best value for the price.

Nothing bad to say!

We loved our stay at this residence! The rooms are beautiful and so well designed and clean! We had access to a little terrace which was so nice for little breakfasts in the morning and evening chats. The suites are right on the square/city center of Monopoli meaning that is a very convenient walk away from most things to do in the area. Miriam and Matteo were so kind, friendly, and helpful sending us recommendations in a split second upon request! Communicating with them was so easy and they and the rest of the team were great! Another good thing about the residence is that if you have a car it is also only about a 30 minute drive from Alberobello, the UNESCO world heritage site! Overall, only good things to say about Vittorio Emanuele Charming Suites! If we're ever in Monopoli again we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Superb location, right on the square and just minutes from restaurants and all the sights. The room was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and then re cleaned every day. The staff were so helpful. Booked us a day at a local beach club including transfers. Then Pierre arranged a day trip to his friends Masseria - we used the outdoor pool, had exclusive of the spa and ate amazing food. We had the best time in Monopoli - THANK YOU x
