Accommodation clean, comfortable and in a new apartment. The owner was nice, friendly and picked us up at the airport. We arrived at midnight. We recommend 10/10.

The host was great, even offered us some local food when the restaurants were closed! Lots of recommendations given and some complementary coffee pods. Great hospitality!

The apartment has shared common rooms and you pass a common hallway to get to your private toilet. Upon closer inspection we should have noticed it before booking but something to highlight!

The property has a complete kitchen which I was not expecting. Very clean! Balcony had a table and chairs so we could eat or chill outside

Would have been great to have laundry. The building is brand new so construction starts very early in the morning. There isn’t a garbage area on site yet so we had to drive it down the street to a dumpster.

The property was really nice, there is a bus station at 3min walk. The owners are really friendly, you have all you need for your vacantion

The apartment is located in a new residential complex, and the workers make noise outside and in other unfinished apartments.

The parking was very easy to find. There is very good pizza and pastries for breakfast near the property

As we arrived a little later than the checkin hours, we have to go to the restaurant first to meet the host and then drive to the property. So be sure to check when You can arrive. We paid 98€ for the property and got a room with shared kitchen and one room to sleep and to go to the bathroom, we had to get out from our room, go to the shared kitchen and lock another door to the bathroom. It is very uncomfortable especially in the morning when You go to have a shower and other people are eating there. It is also not nice shared balcony where other people are smoking, while I’m non smoker, it smells bad a lot to me in the room. Finally, please someone give people to choose, whether they want to have that thin blanket which is more a napkin or thick normal blanket to sleep with. Many not necessary things in the room, tv is also the cheapest one. For that value of money, I could have chose a much better room.

We stayed for 4 nights . The apartment is brand new and the location is perfect for those who want to be on side from the noise in the city. The balcon is big and you have a store nearby. Also and a public transport. The other positive is that you can park free .

The apartment is with 2 bedrooms and SHARED kitchen. In our experience we needed to share the apartment with another couple.

The owner is verry nice and helpful, and the apartment has everything that is needed to have a comfortable stay. Also we had a private parking place and this is a big plus in Bari. Be carefull on rental car companyes, evrithing started with the fact that unfortunently i had only debit cards on me and they only accept credit card, so i simply lost the reservation and the money. Nobody cares or has the smallest intention to help, and of course i was ripped off by another company that knew the situation and took advantage of it. It was also my fault but i often travel and rent cars do to my job (i have to admit, not in Italy), but i never experinced this. Next time i will be more careful, but the attitude of the people has no excuse. City of Bari, with all problems specific to the south of Italy, has a special soul and beauty so i think is worth visiting. Again congrats to the owner who tries to be as professional as possible in the current conditions, and also has a nice restaurant that is worth visiting.

We were accommodated (family with one child) for 5 nights in this apartment located in a new residential complex, quiet area with supermarket nearby, free underground parking and a huge terrace. Very kind and friendly owner, he tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible through the tips offered! In the last evening, we also went to the restaurant owned by our host (traditional products from all over Italy), which made our stay in this location perfect. We will definitely come back! I recommend!

We've get the very nice service from Mirko and his wife. They met us near the apartment and showed everything we needed to know. The parking garage that was important for us, the close supermarket to get what we needed. We also had very good experience from Mirko's restaurant. There is a clean very nice apartment fully equipped, with good WIFI and worm. We wonted to prolong our stay but Mirko had other booking customers. So, we recommend to stay and enjoy Bari in this apartment.

Clean and beautifull apartment, great terace. Nice location to explore Bari and Apuglia, great hosts. When we come again to Bari, Vincotto's home garden will be the place where we're going to stay.

New house with a big balcony. Spacious apartment with covered underground car parking. 10 mins from the city. Had a good time.

This place is ideal for those who want to travel around. You do not have to enter into to city traffic at the same time if you wish to go to the center it is not far by car. The parking is in the same building. Lively supermarket in 5 min walk.

The huge terrace is good but unfortunately was not comfortable for a breakfast since it was too noisy from the surrounding constructions works.
