You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandIt is a lovely villa in the middle of nowhere but also close to Lecce (by car ;))- perfect to unwind and relax :) but also a perfect central location to see the rest of Salento :) The host is very friendly, the pool is clean and lovely! The bed is comfy and the bathroom big :) there is a sweet, big dog on the estate who is very friendly and likes to play, but panics when you swim in a pool :D All in all we definitely recommend Villa Salento! :) Just few things you must know - the breakfast is in a form of a voucher in a local cafe - 4km route, 8min by car, which we didn't see in the description, but it was all good, given that the sweet pastries from this bar are simply delicious! :) And the most important thing! The rewievs say that VIlla is just outside Lecce, but this is only true if you have a car :D The pin on the map (both in Booking and Google Maps) is incorrect - in reality it is 3km further from the city, which is totally fine but you definitely MUST have a car to get there. We didn't have a car for our first evening there as there were no vehicles available and we still decided to book this place as we saw that the initial localisation was only 8mins from the bus stop. Unfortunately it wasn't :D But the host is a lovely person, he came for us and on the next day he gave us a lift to car rental place so we wouldn't pay for a taxi :) so it was all good and we would definitely like to come back one day :) Thank you!

NetherlandsThe location on the navigation is at the beginning of the street, the actual location itself for the house is 5 minutes further. So at arrival we did not know where to go to. However when we called the host, he came to pick us up. The breakfast is alright, it is in a nice bar, but with mostly sweet options and we ended up paying extra because we wanted the big sandwich.
The location is amazing, it is just outside of Lecce and close to the highway. Upon arrival the owner gave us a glass of rose and gave us tips about the area, where to eat, which beach to go to, etc. The location gives a real sense of a house feeling, a place to come back home to. Would definitely advise to go here! We had the house for our selves and enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you for the stay!

RomaniaThe location is near Lecce, 10min from the city's old town by car. Is very quiet and calm and you can enjoy your peaceful evenings by the pool. You have a permanent buddy to stay with and that is Leo, the dog. The host ,Gregorio, made us fell like home, he gave us tips for best beaches and restaurants. I cannot recommend this enough. Will come back !

LithuaniaBig disappointment - the villa does not look like the photos at all - the environment is poor, the pool is dirty, there is no such lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable - moves, squeaks, too big pillows. There is one cup of coffee in the room, no coffee was served for breakfast.
