Location was a bit of a hassle as it’s quite high up the mountain. The campsite nearby offered a shuttle service which was good, however we had to walk along the road which had no space for pedestrians and we felt a bit unsafe.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us heaps of information of the area, transport options down into Sorrento and available tours. We had breakfast included in our stay.

our room was by the stairs and it spoiled the whole impression. starting from 7am i couldn't sleep because of the copper slams of the doors. apparently everyone was starting to wake up, but for me it was bad. i couldn't sleep

very friendly staff! they will help and tell you where to go and what to see. we used their advice on the restaurant and it was great! the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious

The location was complicated uphill and walking mainly on no footpaths, but it was manageable if you didnt have to return multiple times to your room. Public bus and or shuttle from camping ground at €2 each time. No shops up there.

The hotel is located nearby Sorrento in a very nice area. It was not very crowded in May which was a plus. Nice and cleaned rooms. Very helpful staff, cool design and location was perfect for a week stay in Amalfi coast.

25 euro per day for parking is a bit steep but others also charge like wounded bulls. Cannot understand use of flimsy drinking vessels in rooms as glass much preferred.

Clean and fresh decor. Helpful staff. No lift but staff take luggage to room. Ours had great sea view from small balcony. Parking available but at a cost. Excellent breakfast with great variety of choices.

Our twin room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. All personnel - notably Pasquale - were helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and Elisabetta was extremely helpful, suggesting places of interest, helping us with bookings, etc.. Excellent views everywhere! Easy commute to town. Great guided tours to Amalfi coast!

Easy and safe way to get to the center was taxi We took a bus but it was unsafe, no sidewalk, very small road with both way traffic. 2 outlet in the room for electronics. Ridiculous small shower ( I’m petite) shower door terribles like window blinds, very hard to manipulated. The tv was like a picture frame, latterly need binocular to watch it very small and up high. Very small room 110 we have two small carry-on, we had to have one on the floor against the door, no space.

A bit noisy in the night in the corridor when people return to their rooms.

Due to its location right next to the road, the hotel is very noisy, but the problem is the doors in the rooms which do not absorb practically any sound both from inside and outside.

No kettle or iron in the room but this was only a small detail.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to be helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony view which was breathtaking. Shuttle bus is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and runs every 30 minutes into the main centre and back. Although the hotel didn't have a bar/restaurant on site, the hotel have partnered with some restaurants and booking/transport can be arranged at reception.

Room was extremely small and the electricity was supposed to work only with card (except it didn’t work too good). Shower was so tiny, we could barely move there. Towels didn’t smell good. Localization of AC also bad idea, it was blowing straight on our faces, and it’s impossible to sleep without it in August. For parking we had to pay extra 20€. Really poor choice of breakfast, ‘hot’ breakfast such as scrambled eggs or sausages were cold and tasteless.

We were looking for a place to sleep in Sorrento just for one night, because it was one of many destinations during our trip, so we’ve got what we needed- a bed, bathroom. Staff was really nice, they gave us recommendations about the city.

If your located between the 2nd and 4th floor then get used to stairs as there is no lift, definitely doesn't help when you have a big case and 4 flights to carry it up, and down

Very good service People on the reception are so kind and gave us all the information we needed to know about the area Rooms are clean and comfortable good breakfast, especially the cakes 😋 A little bit far to reach the beach and the centre but there are buses every 20-30 min till 00:30 They have planned trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi include bus from the hotel, boat and amazing guides. We paid 70€ each to Capri And 65€ each to Positano and Amalfi Which I recommend a lot it was so organised.. we had enough time to go everywhere, I think going alone gonna be a little complicated.
