The location is simply beautiful as well as the room that had a really nice design and super comfortable, especially the bed. Very good quality for the breakfast. We had dinner there and food was tasty Pool with the view on the lake 10+

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Bracciano. We stayed in the junior suite (room 6) with a terrace, and it was absolutely lovely. Very clean, with nice decor, large bathroom and an expansive terrace that had two lounge chairs as well as a couple of bistro tables with chairs. The view of Lago di Bracciano was breathtaking. After a cocktail and quick bite to eat, we took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and enjoyed that very much. Had we had a longer stay, we would have used the pool and spa, but our time was limited. However, we walked all around to check everything out and yes, the spa is quaint, but oh so modern, clean and perfect. The resort only has 15 rooms, so there aren’t too many guests on the property at one time and there is no sense of overcrowding. The bar on the first floor is great, with bar food to offer if the restaurant is closed. The breakfast that was included with the price of our room was excellent!There was a full buffet plus the waitress came and brought us a menu that offered a la carte items made to order. I had read a review that said the breakfast was limited and didn’t have bacon, but that is far from accurate. It is possible that the breakfast has been improved since that review, so I assure you it is wonderful and plentiful. We chose to stay for one night before our flight back to the U.S. from Rome and we wished we had stayed at least two, but next time we will. Parking was on site and there was no lack of spaces. The drive to FCO was only 45 minutes and very easy. The staff were all very kind, accommodating and fluent in English! We would also recommend visiting the castle that is set above the resort, as it was so amazing to walk through and the views were incredible. (Not for people who have a lot of mobility issues however) Two things to note for those people who read this through, the road/driveway to the resort is a bit steep and narrow with some rough terrain.

Lovely peaceful location close to Lago di Bracciano. Amazing views overlooking the lake from the hotel grounds where one can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub. Staff always helpful.

Very comfortable hotel. We came off the ferry from Barcelona so location was very convenient.

Very high quality hotel ,with the most spectacular views, overlooking to the lake , very good breakfast, most recommended for relaxation and travel in bracciano. I will defentliy come again !!!!

The first night we stayed in be ck wards room that was very small without views ,this is not very recommended

Beautiful view; nice staff and facilities. Pool was wonderful. Excellent massage in spa. Bed was very comfortable.

The property, the room, the view, the pool, the breakfast and most importantly the staff! The manager and her sons were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Such a wonderful place. Will definitely come back!

Dinner wasn’t that great, and drinks from the bar were a little expensive.. happy hour and apertivo would’ve been a nice touch

I chose this hotel for its perfect location near to the beautiful Brancciano lake, as I had a cruise trip planned for the next day It turned out to be an unforgettable stay This hotel provided an unforgettable stay. Its location is perfect, very close to the small village of Brancciano and its castle as well as the lake, its garden is absolutely stunning – a true highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a complimentary ride to the castle. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful setting, and fantastic service. I want to thank them for everything, I will highly recommend it to others and would love to come back again one day.

The steam room could have been hotter, but that would be nit-picking.

The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden, amazing pool and stunning view on the lake. The staff was lovely, the room comfy, quiet and spotless.

Very clean and elegant room, welcoming staff, stunning location - short walk to town and beach, amazing view to the lake, private parking, safe area. It's close to the medieval Castle Orsini-Odescalchi that we highly recommend to visit. Small hotel so quite and not overcrowded. We were extremely happy with the location and our stay, enjoying the pool and the cosy spa too.
