Nothing , though if I am being picky the breakfast was a bit basic. The door entrance system works a treat once you get use to it.

Very unique. Our room was beautifully decorated and it a had a door to a little outside space. The pool in the basement was just so welcome after a day of walking in the heat. I had the pool to myself with my my music connected up to the speakers - it was quite magical. Owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations etc.

minor details- some noise from doors/buzzers. Not really a suite nor a spa in the usual sense. As this is a small establishment the breakfast choice is limited compared to a large hotel (unfair comparison I know!)

Alessandro the resident owner was very welcoming, excellent communication and easy to check in , Amazing swimming pool in the basement (available for 5 hours a day shared with 2 other apartments, also could hire for private use in the evenings for an extra fee), complete with bluetooth surround sound. Tasty fresh savoury dish and cakes for breakfast. High spec renovated palazzo.

Excellent property, beautifully restored Palazzo with 3 guest rooms. Packed with little luxuries to make your stay more comfortable. The Host meets everyone on arrival and gives a tour of the property. Spotlessly clean. The Pool is the wow factor, heated, good size and Bose surround sound! NB it has limited access and guests pay to book private evening slots.

There was really nothing not to like

Beautifully renovated property with big rooms and bathroom. Located right in the heart of Lecce. It felt homely and welcoming. The bed was very comfy.

The parking. This was endemic for the whole city. There are limited spaces on the streets and ar peak times, there are many drivers seeking spaces. The cost is modest, but the vacant spaces rare. There are car parks 10 to 15 minutes away which are more expensive but secure.

The host Alessandro and his staff were exceptional and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was of the region, with fresh cheese from a family farm, freshly made Foccacia and other delights. Alessandro made a number of recommendations to eat, of which all turned out to be enjoyable. The focus was mainly on eating local fare, which in all cases was well cooked. The suites are well located in the centre of Lecce, giving easy access to the centre of the city. Eating out was good value for money compared to Northern Italy. Alessandro also provided suggestions of places to eat around the heel of Italy, which turned out to be excellent.

Entrance door was a small bit glitchy, but host popped around within minutes and sorted it. Did not cause any issues and the lack of a key(s) was actually a bonus as the electronic entrance and bedroom door keypads meant you weren't carrying keys...

Very central location on the edge of the old town. Small (3 bedrooms) but very clean, tidy, great rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and very friendly and chatty host. Gave us great information on local restaurants etc. Pool in the basement was a great facility (even if I didn't get to use it). Would highly recommend for small groups or individual couples.

What a wonderful experience. My daughter and I were delighted by the hospitality and service offered by our hosts. From the beautiful pool, the delicious breakfast, to the gorgeous room design, every minute of our stay was a pleasure. We will remember our stay in Lecce for a long time, thank you.

Very nice hotel located in a restore Palazzo. Great room, very nice indoor swimming pool. The quality of the reparation is stunning, attention to detail in every aspect. Thanks to the owner, Alessandro for taking care of us and for the great restaurant recommendations!

Was very convenient for the historic centre of Lecce. Really comfortable room with a unique tiled bathroom 👏😍 Alessandro was a lovely host and provided us with detailed information and was also easily contactable. Breakfast was plentiful so thank you 🫶 Bonus swimming pool in the basement which we took advantage of. One of the nicest places I have stayed in wish we could have stayed for more than one night.

This is a special place to base yourself on a trip to Lecce. It’s been transformed into magical suites with unbelievable attention to deal. The swimming pool is incredible with use of the Bose sound system. Alessandro and team will assist you with a great breakfast including home baking and fine coffee. His restaurant recommendations shouldn’t be missed.

It was the perfect stay, amazing from start to end. The room was amazing, the pool incredible, a perfect location, lovely breakfast, and most of all the host, Alessandro, is the nicest guy you could hope to meet. Absolutely stunning 👌🏼

We liked everything. The suites are 30s away from old town. Our family room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and impeccably kept. The temperature was cool for a heatwave. We also enjoyed the pool under the residence. The room had all the amenities we needed. We were cared for by the owner of the property and helped me in everything I needed including finding a hairdresser. We will return.

Large spacious room with a great pool to cool off. Alessandro our Host went above and beyond to provide us with an amazing experience in Lecce catering for all of our needs. Lovely Italian breakfast was provided and was in easy walking distance to the Old town. Extremely friendly staff.
