The bathroom doesn't have shower cabin, you shower over the toilet. Wifi is not available in the room or by the pool, only in the hotel lobby. Air conditioning is weird, it feels like it's some sort of ventilation, you can't adjust temperature and it's really outdated, but luckily you are outside whole day and the nights are colder. Beware that you need to go earlier to find sunbeds because beach can be overbooked

Hotel is on great location, 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms are being cleaned every day, changing the sheets every 3 days. Pool is great and really clean. Breakfast options are not that big but it is tasty.

The rooms were a bit outdated. When you opened the door of the bathroom the doors slided on the floor and made a horrible sound, maybe it was just our room, I don’t know.

It was just a 5 min walk to the beach. The sun beds and umbrellas were included in the price. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room really cool all the time.

There’s a leakage on the piping’s of the air conditioning.cannot reached the wifi signal in our room (3rd floor). Cannot use the bidet because of the insufficient water flow.

The bathroom and shower was some how old . When taking a shower, water fills the floor .

Hotel need renovation, in the rooms and in the fassade from the back side. Shower next to the toilet is something you have to get use to it but was not that bad after all.

Hotel is old but clean. The swimming pool area is rather new and well maintained. The A/C in the room works fine, beds are comfortable and I appreciated the fact the buffet-breakfast was served and not self-service (some reviewers found it negative) because there was less food waist and food was kept clean and organized.

I could have had a better shower facility in my en suite room. The bathroom was too cramped, the shower was just a hose right next to the toilet with no separation. Staff were lovely though and the pool was always very clean.

We loved the Hotel Vianello …the welcome we got from the both the reception staff was fantastic…they were truly helpful. The room was a good size and location perfect. The restaurant Hawai around the corner was excellent !
