Shower head could have been better. Towel racks were rusty.

The location was great and the air conditioning was perfect for this very hot weather. Check in and check out were easy and lenient.

The fan in the AC was making noise which is irritating , especially during the night .The freezer does not work properly.The stuff we keep inside does not get cold ,eg:water . One of the window was broken and not closing .They tried to fix by using a tape which is weird. As a result sleeping in the night was bit frustrating

The bathroom especially needed a deep clean. You can tell they give a good surface clean but there was lots of mold and limescale in the shower that has clearly been building up a long time. More attention needed to cleaning the room. There was also no mattress protector or pillow protectors...not a nice thought in accommodation in a hot city like Rome. They should be standard in any kind of accomodation. There were also cigarette burns in the mattress and curtains, so you can tell the place could do with a bit of TLC. Also other guests were very disruptive - unsettling/scary loud voices (perhaps maybe even someone with a psychiatric disorder) each morning of our stay around 7am. Made us feel very unsafe in our room. It's not really the owner's fault, and not sure much could be done so we didn't bother reporting. But it did have a negative impact on our stay unfortunately.

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The room is in a great location a couple of blocks away from Termini Station and close to lots of shops and restaurants. It was great to have a private bathroom and shower. The aircon was really useful.

I didn't like the smell of the odor that was used to freshen the room. The water hose of the toilet had very high pressure. The main door of the apartment didn't open easily.

The location is very good. The beds were very comfortable. There was a private refrigerator in the room. As we arrived sooner than check-in time they kept our luggage free. They helped us to carry our luggage to the first floor. I asked for an electric kettle and they provided me with one.

the furnatures weren't so good. I couldn't sleep well as the cushion was too thin. Final important thing, make sure that you did the payment on booking website and keep the receipt with you to show it at the property!

Not that I didn't liked but the wardrobe hinges could use some WD40, since they squeaked every time when using with a very loud noise. Again, not a complain rather just an advise that could be sorted easily.

Liked the close location to the train and bus station and all the site seeing that was in a walking distance. Came to Rome to see some things, and seen it all even more. Hotel might not have been luxurious or anything but it served well for what I needed and for the price I paid really can't complain everything was perfect.

Promised safetybox which I paid for did not work and even though I requested the staff to get me a working one, I did not get one during my 7 day stay. The walls of the room were filled with stains. These could be easily painted over but no... The fridge was not really cool as it is supposed to be. Even though the advertisement says on Booking.com that the rooms are soundproof, this is not the case. I could hear a person in the next room snoring and praying...

A shared bathroom is a quite bad condition in my opinion it not has good ventilation and humidity creating a mold, and shower silicone should be change.

A room was ok nice and tidy, location is awesome just 5 minutes from central station termini and have a short distance for a old town of Rome around 1 up 2 km from hotel so that is really really good !

Clean tidy. Comfy bed. Good aircon. Icy cold bar fridge. Everything worked. 5mins from Roma Termini. Bathroom was separate but private. I.e. No one used that bathroom except me. Great value little place.

Great central location only a 5 minute walk from Termini where you can get bus from/to airport. 5 minutes from Maria Maggiore church with a good super market across the street. Room had WiFi , cold fridge, and AC and only up 1 flight of stairs.

The window couldn't be closed properly. and the heating was not great so it was quite chilly in the room. I tried to close it but it was impossible, and the stuff doesn't care about it and doesn't want to fix it.
