Gorgeous and peaceful property! Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but you’re so close to everything.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like! Unfortunately we didn’t find time to use the swimming pool, but it looked very clean and well cared for.

We loved our stay here. Our room was very clean and modern, everything looked brand new. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing, we’ve never had so much choice! Everything was fresh and tasty ( especially the homemade chocolate cake, what a treat for breakfast!) The property is just a few minutes’ drive from Otranto, also the Alimini lakes and the beaches, a very convenient base to explore this lovely coastline, and such brilliant value. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Attention to detail was great. For example, at check-in they remembered I'd requested an iron when booking and after requesting tomato sauce at breakfast they put a sachet of on our table every morning. The rooms were clean and bright and breakfast was amazing with a great range of freshly baked products.

We have traveled extensively in Italy, both as a family and as a couple, staying in a wide variety of hotels, villas, apartments, agriturismos, and more. This place is without a doubt in our top 3, and we are already planning to come back. We have never met such a genuinely kind and warm-hearted host and family — the hospitality was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday: a beautiful and well-maintained garden, cleanliness throughout, and a super relaxing pool area. The cocktails by the pool are very reasonably priced, and the breakfast is honestly one of the best we've ever had in Italy. Nothing. We really enjoyed and already miss.. Definitely we will visit again when we visit otranto area.

1. Very spacious resort feeling with great pool. Specially our apartment was just next to playground with swing and slide which my son really love and enjoy playing . I appreciated this consideration and facility for child. 2. Staffs They are friendly and helpful. Specially Philippo(I guess it was his name) is very helpful and also we like his humor style. We want to see him again ^^ Also last day for breakfast they provide cute turtle bread and my son and we love it and also it helped for lunch as we missed lunch time during travel. 3. Location It is not in the City but quite area and by car 5min to City.and also there is a great Italian restaurant recommend by hotel and it was great place for dinner so we visited 2times.they also have otranto local craft beer that I enjoyed besides nice food.

The beds were very hard and would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Beautiful property, grounds kept immaculate, the rooms were beautiful and freshly decorated. The staff were very welcoming, friendly snd helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The location is a few minutes drive from Otranto town. Breakfast was generous offering a good selection of hot and cold food. The swimming pool was a bonus.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The gardens and pool area were immaculate. The family owners were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Room was perfect and very clean.

Location was splendid integrated in nature. Owners family were so helpful and friendly. And special recommendation for breakfast, never had this before ! Also swimming pool was great with nice sunbeds. Would like to thank this way to Gianni, son Filippo and la mama.

The close proximity to Otranto, the excellent service from the staff. The place was immaculately maintained.

The aggritourismo is very beautiful , very kind people to welcome us . Filippo is a nice guy who helps out with all info . Nice pool to have a swim to refresh. The breakfast is one of the best and most variety we had travelling in Puglia. The room is standard but clean.

WiFi was a bit slow though it was not a big problem for us.

Best breakfast we had during our trip in Puglia for 2 weeks. Homemade bread and cakes were delicious. It was very nice of the owner to provide containers so that guests can pack breakfast food for take out lunch. The room and the garden were very well maintained. The pool area was nice, too. The owner family was very friendly. Quite convenient location to explore the area by car.

The room is very oldfashioned. The bathroom is small and looking old. Didn’t feel good. The pool was nice but we were very dissapointed since the son if the owner didn’t let us stay at the pool after 10am since it was our last day. There were only few guests.

Breakfast was perfect. So many different type of food. The owner backed fabolous focaccia. Outside the room is very nice.
